Horrible employees, called in and asked if they had any ac adapters for a Nintendo system I have, they said yes we have a lot of generic knock off brands to come right in, we show up and the skinny dark dude sees my system and he says no we don’t have any nintendo ac adapters asked why he had us come in and had no response. Which is a giant disappointment, We also asked to see the generic ac adapters they had and he also/said they had none. The whole thing was pointless. Just like the 5 – 7 employees they had for the empty store never returning to that or maybe any radio shack again.

If I can give this store zero stars I would!!! My elderly father of 82 years old Who is almost completely blind and has been paying his Virgin mobile phone bill at RadioShack for over a year… I took my father to pay his bill at this RadioShack I was waiting for him in the car he was in there extremely long but I was thinking maybe they were busy my father comes out with a new phone from Sprint that is a little square box that flips open that has a very tiny keypad for texting… My father said that the gentleman who I later found out was the manager convinced him to switch phone companies because he could save $ 10 on his monthly bill. At this point I now get out of the car to go speak to them because obviously my father cannot use that phone the buttons were way too small the screen was way too small and obviously my blind father would not be texting. They switched my dads phone to a more obvious better choice(cheaper in price) A month goes by my father goes into pay his bill which was guaranteed to him that would only be $ 30 a month $ 10 cheaper than his previous phone bill. Goes in to find out his phone bill is over $ 150. We speak to the employees who insures the manager will be back soon that it was his mistake it was his deal he would fix it so we left the next day I called and asked to speak to the manager I let them know who I was The gentleman on the phone knew exactly who I was because he said oh the sprint customer. Puts me on hold for about six minutes comes back tells me that the manager is busy with another customer and will get back to me I left my contact information… Needless to say no call was returned! Two days later I called sprint to try to figure out the problem myself we cannot access my dad’s account because they did not give my father ANY paperwork! After speaking to several supervisors we were finally able to access the account which is when they informed me that the paperwork was never signed that’s because no paperwork was given to my father! I asked if the employee can get in trouble for this they said yes I made sure to take further actions to have that happen… After being on the phone with Sprint for almost 2 hours we found out that their lowest contract is 39.99+ tax so what I don’t understand is why would the manager tell us it would be $ 30… It’s been over a week still no call from the manager… Please beware these people are ruthless to take advantage of the elderly blind man just to make a sale is beyond disgusting!!! Thank God my dad’s old phone company was still activated he was able to go back to them.
