Came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago to have a jumpsuit dry cleaned. I was charged $ 7.95 for it and was able to pick it up the following day. Went back today to have the same jumpsuit dry cleaned and the lady wanted to charge me $ 8.95 for it and I could pick it up tomorrow. Really? I explained to here that I had paid a dollar less the last time with next day pick up and she told me it was going to be one dollar more for it to be ready next day. Then she tried telling me $ 7.95 and I could pick it up in 2 days. Told her no thanks and took it to another dry cleaner down the street and was only charged $ 6.50. Won’t be going back to Palm Cleaners again.

I used to bring my uniforms here, but one day they broke the zipper to one of my uniforms. I asked the lady what happened and she told me that it was like that when I brought it. I told her that it wasn’t and she said I was lying.

Love this cleaners and the work here the little lady is always so friendly as well as the man. No complaints so far. I will continue to come here until they give me a reason not too. Keep up the great work !!!

When to pick up my sons suit for graduation, had the incorrect debit card and had to come back on another day not after realizing I left the pick up ticket with them.
Went back 4 days later and they stated «THEY HAVE NOTHING FOR ME» after they pulled my phone number. I let them know about what had happened prior, they started to yell at me telling me to shhhoosh. Stating their computer does not LIE .
They yelled at me and told me to get out of there store. I got upset and yelled at them, this suit is worth more than 700.00 and they seemed to lose it. They would not owe up to the fact they still are in possession of this suit. When to call police and low and behold THERE WAS MY SONS SUIT.
they are liars and it seems like they were trying to keep my sons suit and he would have nothing to wear to Prom.
I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, AFTER BEING TREATED SO BADLY WITH NO APOLOGY THAT THEY WERE WRONG.
CHINESE OWNED.

I didn’t bother leaving my dress, but I appreciate her honesty. The lady at the counter said there was a 70% chance the black would leak onto the white piping of my dress. She suggested if it happened I should contact the designer or dressmaker company.

I don’t know how the cleaning service is, but I do know the lady I talked to tried to charge me $ 20.50 on my receipt, after quoting me $ 8.50 to clean my suit.
That was enough for me to know I didn’t belong there, so it’s off to find a new cleaner soon!

I give them a one star because. The last time I picked up a suit and shirt, the shirt was ruined. They had stained the white shirt blue. Not a spot but a blue tint to the whole shirt. The shirt was not new and had been cleaned before. When I asked what was wrong with my shirt the lady got a bit frantic and says «we no stain, it was like that.» I explained the shirt was not like this before. And I explained the shirt was irreplaceable as I got the shirt while in Italy. She would not even talk to me, she kept repeating her self and went on to the next customer.
