Joe & Son’s Carpet Cleaning

I wish I could give them zero stars! The carpet cleaning guy was good, but the cleaning ladies are TERRIBLE! They showed up late and with an attitude. They were so lazy, this company charges hourly so the ladies were doing their best to use extra time (taking FOREVER to do things). I swear to you my apartment was not overly dirty, my husband is away in the militarily, I’m pregnant, and simply needed help cleaning my house. I can’t even believe this. Those ladies should be fired, they will run this company into the ground. Why be a cleaning lady when you really don’t want to clean. WTF! All I asked them to do was scrub the walls and help me clean the oven! Apparently that was too much cleaning for them. I’m telling everybody I know not to ever use this company.
