Jack in the Box

Why is Unilocal not recommending my genuine review and many others? I guess businesses CAN pay to alter their reviews. I question Unilocal integrity in this matter…

Terrible service. The drive thru girl was rude and rushing as if there were a line of cars but I was the ONLY one in line! My hash brown was not edible it was completely dried out and hard!!! I hate that this is the closest jack in the box

I cant remember the last time I ate at jack in the box… its normally out of desperation or severe hunger. They were nice and my food was just like most unhealthy laking much flavor food. But they lived up to that and had good service so a good solid 3 stars.

Ate here twice and both the times I have gotten sick from their food! Either employees are very sloppy or I just have bad luck considering I’ve never had food poisoning. Customer Service was okay not great and would seriously rate a negative star, one for each time I threw up.

I haven’t had an issue with this Jack in the box the customer service has improved greatly! They repeat your order they are quick and friendly no fuss consistancy is the key I enjoy coming to this Jack :)

Quite possibly the worst customer service skills I have ever seen in an establishment in my life! The night manager, Tammy, was one of the rudest human beings I’ve ever encountered. After eves dropping on my conversation inside the car, she decided that she was ‘offended’ by my personal statements & decided not to serve us! We pulled up to the window only to find a sour, bitter woman giving us attitude and all she did was keep repeating, «You can have a good day. Bye!» Who has ever heard of such a thing?! When my boyfriend asked for the corporate number to call her boss, she kept repeating the number too fast to write it down & with no area code, come to find out that she was giving us her own work number! She finished the entire ordeal by saying, «Does it look like I care? Because I don’t!» What a horrible, awful, bitter, nasty woman! Just because she’s going no where in life & is stuck working a fast food job doesn’t mean she needs to take out her anger on helpless PAYING customers! Grow up Tammy!

This place sucks, the young unprofessional girls who work here are RUDE they like to mess around and socialize instead of doing their job. The fat girl shift manager refused to admit she was a manager. She rather let the crew teenagers say that there was no manager when i confronted them for messing up my order. When i said I would call corporate, then she stepped forward.

I can’t believe all the bad reviews this place got! Um, jack in the box is gross this place makes it way better than anywhere else I’ve ever been. And the employees are always SOOOO nice! A+ for customer service. Def. needs to be recognized!

Grew up with this jack in the box lol. They do mess up orders but hey so does every other place. Best time to go is when Jessica is working. Everything is better when she is there. Orders are filled faster and the dinning area is cleaned all the time.

Every time I go through the drive through they mess up my order. First they ask for your order and then while you are giving it they are assisting someone at the window picking up. When you are done they either have to ask you to repeat it or the get it all wrong. Today I ordered chicken strips with sweet and sour sauce and a cheese cake. What I had in my bag when I went to work was just the strips. No sauce and no cheese cake. Half the time they don’t listen, they don’t care and they don’t speak english very well. Had enough.

After having lunch I went and bought two additional lunches for a pair of homeless guys sitting outside the door to JIB. I couldn’t wait around for them to finish so I asked the manager to hand them the food once it was ready. I left and had to take a call in my car which was right in front of the homeless guys. On the way out I let the homeless guys know that I bought them lunch and the JIB manager would be bringing it to them.
My call ended up lasting about 20minutes and during the entire time I never saw them bring the food out to the homeless people. I understand if it’s company protocol to not hand the food to them but why not tell me up front rather than agree to take it to them?
Either way these guys lied and never brought the food out to them. Shame on Jack in the Box. Never coming back here again!

Love Jack in the box. This one kinda sucks though. Food was great as usual but they forgot to put my tacos in the bag. My bad for not double checking and assuming the people who worked there knew what they were doing. And to add insult to injury the soda machine wasn’t doing it’s job either. Instead if a coke, I got 44 ounces of carbonation.
In short, don’t come here if you expect people to do their job! Double check your order and sip your drink before you leave!

Cheesy fries and an oreo milkshake. They’re the poifect pair. Be careful though because you will get a major food coma afterwards.
