By far the best crew I’ve encountered at a Harbor Freight store! Made 2 separate purchases on the same trip, using coupons each time, and absolutely No Attitude from either clerk. I fact, each seemed genuinely glad I stopped in. Very polite and courteous. It will be worth the trip for me to shop here.

Called to check on the availability of a fuel petcock. Talked to 3 different people and all put me on hold never to answer the phone again, the first girl (Amber) never picked back up when she went to check on the availability, the next person (a man that didn’t give his name) said that they had one, then when I asked the price he put me on hold for 8 minutes before I hung up, I called back and talked to Erika and she told me they did not have the part, and it was pretty obvious she didn’t know what a petcock was as I had to spell it for her… they really need to work on their customer service.

Harbor Freight sells tools that will usually get the job done, but aren’t something you’d be passing on to your grandchildren. On the other hand, they have unbeatable deals on sundry items you’d find at a tool store such as zip ties and padlocks that work well for casual usage.
This store was well organized, and the manager Steve who rang me up was polite and appreciative of my business.

Great prices, great selection. You know you’re not getting high quality tools here, but they sure suffice especially for those not so frequently used tools. If the staff here was bit more knowledgable and friendly it would be a five star joint.
