Family Dollar

ok i was in a hurry so went in, and there was only 1 person working register, and took me 20 minutes to pay, i purchased some of the cheap family pet toys and they were junk! for example they had mini tennis balls for sale, i cracked open the package and tried to throw it, it hit the ground did not bounce and just rolled, my dog went and picked it up with her mouth, when i checked it was not rubber but cardboard, and cardboard does not bounce and when she bit it, it left her impression on the ball, but i guess thats why it says family pet mini tennis balls, promotes exercise, it does not actually exercise your pet sinces its not a real ball! only promotes it.

Worst store ever.
I was told once by the manager that if I did not want to wait in line because he was supposedly the only one working that I can take my business to Rite Aid. Wow…
Then today. I went in to get some camping nic nacs. My son while I went to load the truck. My wife was waiting on the always long line. My son had got a hold of a toy. Whom they claimed he opened but had not seen it. A supposedly manager who later said to be named party. Comented in Spanish to another worker about my wife and son. I understood most of it and feel that it is disrespectful to speak carp about customers in their face in other languages.
Told me I had to pay or it would be considered theft. I asked her to show me that policy in writing and to not talk smack in Spanish she then raised her voice and called we security. I laughed and asked her for her name and she continued to be loud, disrespectful, outoffline, and inconsiderate to my son with medical issues.
Mind you the item was a dollar.

This store is ok, short handed store! They need more employees!
Get rid of Kristy ! She is unfriendly and unprofessional! Employees stand around and talk a lot, instead of helping !
