Burger Town USA

I give the staff five stars. Excellent workers. Upper management is horrible. Reprimanding his worker, who was clearly I’ll, because she wanted to go home. Calling her names in front of everyone. Terrible to have to work for someone like that. Got in an argument with him because he did not want my opinion. I feel sorry for the people who have to work for someone so rude and mean. I never want to eat here again. He might as well had a whip.

To be fair, the rating Im giving this place isn’t for taste, but rather pricing. I just wanted a double cheeseburger with bacon and avocado. I told them to make it a combo. I’ve had the cheeseburger before, and it wasn’t anything special. I don’t know how much it cost, because my husband picked it up for me, but when I was given my total for a double with the extras, I was shocked. $ 15 bucks! I asked how much for a single, with the basic stuff, no extras, $ 11! Nah fam! For that much, I can eat at Red Robin, where the burger’s tastier, and the place is nicer.

My favorite local place to go! The cheeseburgers are the best and I crave them all the time. It never fails to make me full and satisfied. I recommend to try this place. I always take my friends here whenever they are in the mood for a good burger!

I come here because they make the best onion rings and fried zucchini in town! And they give you way more than one person should eat. The ranch isn’t too bad either.

I just spent $ 13.13 on a Philly steak combo. It was not good. Meat was overlooked, they used processed Swiss cheese, bun was ok. The fries were old and obvious to me that they were reheated. I was the only customer, not as if they were not able to prepare and serve a quality meal. Two female employees were most interested in gossiping about another female employee who works in the mornings. I can’t believe I paid $ 13 for that meal. It’s fast food for God sake.
I won’t be back. I’ll go to Miguel’s down the street. Or McDonalds down the street. Believe or not, the quality is better at MacDonald’s.

I’ve driven past this pat for years and never imagined what a treat I was missing out on. Stopped off for breakfast with my daughter and we were pleasantly surprised with the great level of service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The person who took our order was very accommodating and basically offered to customize our order to our liking. The food was served in good portions and was very delicious. Reasonably priced also! Went back a few days later and found they have the best pastrami sandwiches and chili cheese fries ever!

Total redemption for Burgertown. We never stopped going to them. Our desire to eat at a non chain restaurant place keeps us going back. Also over the past 3 months, my husband has had nothing but praise for their burgers, burritos and fries. I’ve had the BEST fried zucchini ever there. Most of my last 6 omelets have been cooked to perfection. I was wrong for bad mouthing them with 1 star… (I was hangry and the food was burnt and went to Unilocal to vent). Today I thought about all the times the food was excellent and I said nothing, and that I owed Burgertown an update. Give them a try! I tried to leave a new picture but could not.

Soggy burgers and fries that smell like a yeast infection… The burger town in Ontario is good, but this location should be reserved for feeding those you bear a grudge against, a passive aggressive hint to your partner that you’re angry at him/​her, or a reverse psychological method to finally eat healthier.

Nice atmosphere, very clean with a simple 50s theme. Burgers are good as well as the breakfast burritos… With that said the strawberry shakes aren’t what they used to be. The strawberryshakes don’t really taste like strawberries. Regardless overall I enjoyed my meal. Side note they have a ATM machine there that charges 1.75 $ fee even though they accept debt/​credit card. I’m unsure why they have it there.

Burger Town USA, or as I like to call it, McBurger Town (I think that’s from Family Guy) is an All-​American Burger Diner… run by Mexicans. I’m not being racist, I’m Mexican too — I just find it super hilarious. Even more so, because the last time I had eaten here, they had on very PRO Donald Trump news on their television sets. Here is my honest review:
Pros: The appearance of the restaurant on the outside and inside are really nice; especially outside. The inside is spacious and clean. It’s a little tacky with all the vintage American stuff but it’s a theme restaurant, so it’s understandable. The employees are really nice and keep the place clean and enjoyable. It’s a good place to bring the family for breakfast especially. The food is pretty good; nothing amazing but nothing horrible either. Standard burger joint tastes. However, the Chili Cheese Fries are AMAZING!
Cons: Pretty expensive for average food.
I am giving Burger Town USA 3 Stars out of 5; despite it looking better than the average Burger Joint, the food doesn’t match the expensive price tag!

I really like the salads and the fried zucchini here. They load up the salads and the price is reasonable.

Burgers are big juicy and delicious portions are huge! Try the fried mushrooms the best in town! They also have a great breakfast menu I got the steak & eggs and a side of potatoes Really Good We come here for their awesome breakfast rita’s before the race Staff is always friendly and we love the «kitchy» Americana décor with a train on the ceiling! Lol great family atmosphere and fairly priced We will keep coming back!

Breakfast review:
Solid, big $ 5 breakfast burritos made fresh. I good pit stop if you’re pretty hungry. All the highway patrol corral here for breakfast so you know it’s good.

One of my favorite spots when I come to Cali. Friendly people ever time, food looks like the pictures.

*It’s your typical choral burger restaurant with a cool Americana theme, nice décor, good service, clean eating area and restrooms and your food is made pretty fast
*Its a little bit over priced I notice the price has shot up on everything I used to get a hamburger special for under $ 6 now it’s almost $ 8 ($ 7.58) but you do get what you pay for because the burgers are huge and the frie portion is great but I always get the family pack which is 4 hamburger specials for $ 19.99 so you do save a lot $$$ getting this deal
*Their breakfast needs some work though because they don’t serve hash browns instead it’s just potatoes the breakfast burrito is the bomb but again over priced almost $ 7
*Their burgers are delicious their 1000 islands sauce they throw on em is the bomb
*extra ranch is free
*they got a jalapeño bar with pickled jajapenos and the carrots with yellow peppers as well
*but for burger lovers this place will for sure hit the spot

So far so good every time I come in here everything I ordered has been correct. The food is been cooked enough to eat. Good place to bring the family.

Amazing fries this little place has. Crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. Had me half a pastrami sandwich and it tasted great, but the fries were the outsanding ones.
I know, fries right. Well drive thru was pretty quick on a Thursday night and I was back on the road heading to Vegas with a smile while enjoying my fries and pastrami sandwich which was loaded with meat and tender as can be.
Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this type of place and up until now I’ve been OK with their services because the food was pretty good. Today, I ordered a Breakfast Croissant with Sausage & Bacon. It was pricey but they do put a good amount of meat on there. The problem is they put 4 sausage links underneath cheese, bacon & egg. As soon as I opened my food order it fell apart and dropped some egg on the floor. No big deal, I know, the sandwich was very tasty although very salty. If the sausage had been a patty or if the links were split in half this likely would not have happened.
The worst part was the side of «hash browns» even though the menu clearly says home fries. I asked for home fries, was told they only had hash browns but I figured it’s potatoes you can’t really mess it up, so I said ok «hash browns.» Got my order phoned in picked it rather quickly and in less than 20 minutes I was eating breakfast. Then I open the «hash browns» it’s nothing more than thinly sliced pieces of potato, some as long as the whole length of a potato and they are 80% raw. The «browns» part of was non existent but it was the only edible part. As for the rest, here is a picture of what I paid for and it’s going straight in the trash. I don’t dare go back and ask for my money or the food again because I’m afraid they would totally mess with my food or argue over a few bucks. Sadly I won’t be coming back here for food. It makes me sad, but I won’t be wasting money on half-​ass food.

What can I say. This place has EVERYTHING! In the mood for for a burrito, fried zucchini, and a salad all at the same time? This is your place! The food is good and the service is always friendly. It’s not amazing but it’s better than going to your local chain. They also have a pretty mean Carne Asada Taco Salad that is huge. Definitely get your money’s worth.
