I stood at the customer service counter for 15 minutes while a girl cashier was busy lumbering around aimlessly like she was lost. The service was terrible. Her disheveled appearance should have clued me in but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. All I wanted was a stock check on a furniture item. What appeared to be an assistant manager joined her in a clueless fumbling of paper. It wasn’t till another young associate saw the frustration on my face that I got my question answered. I am a regular big lots customer an this is by far the worst staff i have ever experienced. What a joke!
