Paula, manager, has zero customer service and interpersonal or communication skills. She is rude, snotty and seems devoid of any courtesy. Store has very little help when asked. I’ll never be back!

I stopped by here today looking to buy some new gym shoes. There were only a couple of sales people on the floor. I needed help in the shoe department and there was no one to be found. I went up to the front and had to interrupt the 2 salesgirls’ conversation at the register to get some help in the shoe area. They made me feel like I was some awful customer for needing assistance when there was no one else around – just really snobby attitudes.
The salesguy who helped was of absolutely no help. I asked him to help me find a certain size and he said there wasn’t any. Then he disappeared again.
I looked around for another pair and found one but was unable to find him again or anyone else on the floor for that matter. So, once again, I had to go up to the front and interrupt the 2 salesgirls’ conversation at the register and AGAIN feel like I was putting them out for needing help. They call the salesguy again and he goes and helps some other people trying on shoes. After he walked right by me without even asking if I needed help when I clearly needed help, I asked him if he had the other shoes in another size, and he just glanced and walked in the back room. He came back out and said they did not have the ones I needed in my size and offered a pair that was twice the amount of what I was looking for.
After that, I just walked out. The next time I feel like I have time to waste and want to be treated like I’m bothering the employees because I need help with something, I will definitely come back here again.

Female staff at this location has a nasty attitude. They have no clue what they are doing and when they can’t answer specific questions, they have been overheard to curse at customers under their breath. They should be reported to coorporate.

Place is cramped, and there’s less to choose from than at the other places, but it makes it easier to find what you are looking for. Employees seem to be very knowledgable on the products, which is always good.

Pretty cool store, quality is not the highest but it’s good enough to have fun, while not breaking the bank.
Guns are not the best models, camping equipment is cool, shoes not too good, basketball courts are good stuff there and fair priced. Nice knife selection, warm thermal wear.
I shop in this store pretty often, staff is helpfull, managers act too busy to help customers, hit they still help (w attitudes)

Went to get some shoe for a Christmas gift and they were very helpful. Got the shoe I was looking for and went up to the register. It took a little time to check out but I did get a coupon that was online to save 10.00 from the cashier. Thanks friendly neighborhood store.

Great store. It’s small but has everything you need at a great price. The staff is helpful but doesn’t follow you around the store asking if you need help. Thats annoying in my book. If I need you I’ll ask, and when I do, they were helpful.
