Absolutely Horrible Business practice. I Bought 2 (two) 5yr free replacement Batteries from them in 2012 and was told oh don’t worry about it you will be in the system. So since I bought the Batteries I have had to take the Batteries back each year and have had to fight with them to warranty out there own Batteries. The salesman told the Manager yes he bought them from me. Manager says no receipt no warranty! I can pro rate you to buy another battery? Why would I even think of buying another battery from you again or refer anyone or set another account up with you at my New RV lot? BUYERS BEWARE THERE BATTERIES DO NOT LAST AND UNLESS YOU PLAN ON KEEPING YOUR RECEIPT LAMINATED FOR YEARS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The counter sale people are very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.
