I love the Facebook deals with daily specials. We can come to bakers on a budget but leave happy. The bean and cheese burritos are always on point. I recommend this place to anyone in the IE.

I came in for lunch and had a very simple order. 2 regular tacos and a 32 oz drink. I wasn’t initially in a rush because I was at the start of my lunch break and I saw 7 people working I’m the kitchen so I figured everything would be fine. I keep seeing people get their order, yet my super simple order still hasn’t made it. I finally went up to the counter and asked for my order. It seems like my order was completely forgotten about, and if I hadn’t gone up to the counter, I never would have gotten it. It’s kind of bad to mess up someones order, but to completely forget an order is even worse.

I think these people need a new speaker box in the drive thru. They often have trouble hearing during orders and as a result they often mess up orders. Was just there and they messed up almost my whole order. Ordered 2 old fashion hamburger meals and they only made 1 burger a meal. Luckily I fixed that before leaving but when I got home they got 2 other items wrong and forgot to give me a fry. Ordered a California Chicken Burrito meal and not only did they not give me the fries for that, but I ordered it big burrito style with no lettuce and it still had lettuce. Also ordered a beef burrito big burrito style and they didn’t make it big burrito style. On a separate occasion I ordered a breakfast meal #1 with a coffee and the gave me a hamburger budget meal with a coffee. Who the heck eats a hamburger at 6am with a coffee?! These people need to replace that speaker box and also make sure they get customer orders right.

This Franchise owner should be happy for all his/her staff they always get the food orders correctly and so far they aren’t rude. 5 Stars for getting my food always fresh with a smile.

Wow, I’m pretty much giving it four stars because I’ve been coming here since I was a kid.
The food is pretty good, maybe because you cant get it anywhere else.
I love the employee with the handlebar mustache, he is a cutey.
Lately they have been getting my order wrong. A LOT.
Maybe I just always choose the bad days…
I don’t know.

I have to give five stars to bakers drive-thru because every morning the staff there does an excellent job with my order. The chorizo tacos are really good. Every time I go that particular bakers. The staff greets me and are really talkative and I enjoy that, makes people feel good knowing that people can still engage in conversations. Good job bakers
