I purchased an hour reflexology appointment thru Groupon with Renee. First she wasn’t ready when I came in five minutes early. I waited 10 minutes into my appointment before we went into the room. She proceeded to do a consultation or exam. Telling me all the things that were wrong with me. She would say «heart, liver, etc». Then she spent 20 minutes telling me about her practice, then about her daughters’ personal problems & asked me for advice on her daughter’s problem. Then our session was over. She didn’t extend session nor did I receive any treatment. Will not return. Very disappointed.
Update: There was no treatment given. I paid a buy one get one for a friend price. If you have such a good business then why would you need to Groupon your services for so cheap? You can keep replying to my review all you want, it’s my opinion and I stick by it! Feel free to have your 95 satisfied customers post a Unilocal review, however changing your reply on a daily basis to harass me into taking down my review won’t work. It just proves to me how crazy you are! ! There’s a reason Unilocal doesn’t allow you to post more than one review.
