Dr. Poonamallee and his staff are very disrespectful and have no regards to the schedules of anyone other than themselves. I had a procedure scheduled that they changed 4 times without asking me as to my schedule. I had family take days off to help out with my kids, and then they rescheduled again. Everyone I talked to in the office could’ve cared less about me and my schedule. The Doctor seems to think his schedule is the only thing that matters and that the patient is not of any importance. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your Urologists needs and avoid this Doctor and his staff at all costs.
