Tri Counties Bank

Stay away from the Tri Counties Bank in Folsom. On both ¹¹⁄₂₀ and 02/​17, I was charged $ 5 as an Advice of Difference in Deposit. I always triple check my deposits before putting them in the ATM so I know I am correct. After the first time, my suspicions were raised about Tri Counties employees. As I thought, it happened again. Interesting it was $ 5 both times and from the same ATM in Folsom, CA. It looks to me like someone from Tri Counties is stealing money out of the ATM deposits. I have filed a complaint with the bank and have asked for my $ 10 back. All I got in response was a «too bad, so sad». I’m out $ 10 but I’m sure one or several of their employees is up by quite a bit. Who knows how many $ 5 bonuses they’ve helped themselves to over the past several months? Such excellent customer service on their part. Thanks for the apathy and lack of concern. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends.

I have to admit I came in here in a bad mood and I haven’t had great experience at this location in the past. Well I needed to stop at the bank and was just up the street. I had a pleasant surprise. My teller was very nice, efficient and we talked for a bit. She actually made my day a little better. I wish I wasn’t so bad with names. I remember she was from the Ukraine and her name started with an L. I will update when I find out.
