Taco Bell

Ordered a burrito and cheesy potatoes. Potatoes were so stale, who knows how long they’d been cooked and waiting for me to order them. One look at one has to know they weren’t going to be any good. 1 star for serving them anyway.

Nice little Taco Bell and a small parking lot across from the premium outlets in Folsom… This is a good TB if youre hungry for quality Taco Bell but the only thing that sucks is there is limirrd to no parking if you just want to sit in your car and eat or if you want to go through drive-​through it is very tight but even worse when you go inside there’s only about 10 tables so your best bet would be just going to drive through on going somewhere else to eat

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is pretty good. They are usually mostly clean, and mostly friendly. They are kind of on the slow side, but my order has always been correct and of the appropriate proportions.

They did mess up my order but fixed it w/​o a fuss. They do charge for soda refills WTH? This is the only Taco Bell I have seen that has couches and TV’s WOW! I was the only customer so the staff was real nice, they were just B Essin with each other. Their labor costs must be high because 3 people could have held down that fort easy!

Total waste of time, this place is ran by a bunch of morons, I sat and watched as they gave wrong order after wrong order, My girlfriend ordered a crunch wrap but they forgot to put the beef in it, I walked to the counter to tell them but was ignored, I guess they are used to dealing with their failures by totally ignoring them, Finally I got ones attention and told him what was up, they argued that it was in there, Idiot A told Idiot B that it was under the tostada, only to have idiot B come to me and tell me it was in there and commencing to dig through it with his hands, He didn’t find anything BTW. Another note, he Didn’t wash his hand’s after even though we obviously had already taken a few bites out. He then told me it would take 25 minutes because they ran out of beef, Idiot C who was working the register came over to try to smooth things over He told me I could pick Steak or Chicken, I told him to make me a steak one, then I waited, I watched as they muttered things under their breaths like the little cowards that they are, After watching 3 of the crunch wraps go by I asked them if they were going to even bother making my order, after being specifically told by idiot C to make it, by this point I was thoroughly pissed off, I told them to forget the order and just refund me for the simple order they couldn’t even make, Idiot C argued with me about the refund because I didn’t have the receipt that they collect from you when you get your order. In the end he gave me $ 3 back, I then watched as my friend who was in our group got treated to the same crap. It was obvious they were doing it on purpose by now, they gave his order away, saying they thought his chalupa was a burrito someone else had ordered, Never coming back here again, no one really should, aside from the lack of courtesy and skill these guys failed one larger note, Safety and Sanitation, you don’t go hands deep in something that has been in another persons mouth and then serve it to others. I was sick by the way, I did get their names though and will be contacting Corporate.
