Staff are very friendly and helpful. Making appointment by phone is quite easy.
And I get quick and high quality service every time. Always pleasant.

I have tried this location twice since I work near it. The haircuts have been decent but lack the attention to detail of better places. I have a pretty easy cut and it still took a while longer than it should to get the details of what I wanted across to the stylists.
Luckily for me I have hit it at good times and not had to wait. But by the time I left both visits it was packing up and they don’t have many stylist working, so you better check the line or you could be there a while.
I think this place is good enough for a quick cut if you have a simple hairstyle but not my first choice of shops.

Never will go there again, took my so. To get his hair cut and they did a terrible job, didn’t get the girls name but I asked my son if it was short enough, before he could rely she said «well that’s as short as my fingers will cut, it’s finger length» his hair is so uneven and doesn’t even look like his hair was cut, ＄14 bucks for that hair cut, could have done better myself, she got a $ 1 too for a reason, never again. Horrible costumer service too.

Love coming to this location. It’s close by everything that I need to go to and the staff is so sweet. Olga is the best! She gave me a great haircut and I and tempted to get her haircut next time. It’s a lot more clean then some other Supercuts that I’ve been too. I love stumbling onto amazing finds like this. I will defiantly be coming back.

No wait and Sabrina cut my lettuce high and tight. All good for the weekend. Thx again.

I honestly don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. I based my visit tonight on those reviews and regret it.
I called ahead at 6:56 to get my two boys on the wait list, and they said they were having a 30 – 40 minute wait. I asked when I should show up, and Jonathan said around 7:30. I understand it’s not an appointment, so I wasn’t surprised when I got there at 7:30 and he said there were 3 people ahead of us. Not thrilled, but I rolled with it. 30 minutes later (now 8:00, closing time) there have been at least 6 people ahead of me, another person who called ahead before me has left without his cut, and they call someone else up who came in after me. My kids are too young to be staying up waiting for a business to learn how to run their show – we left with no haircuts, lots of frustration, and time we can never get back.
The owner of this location needs to figure out their system and train the employees. It is a train wreck in there. Don’t bother unless you like being treated as second rate and have plenty of time to kill!

I needed a cut and didn’t have much time, so I tried the Supercuts in Folsom for the first time. Boy am I glad I did. I didn’t have to wait long and the stylist who cut my hair, Jaime, was great. She was super friendly and asked me many questions to make sure she gave me the cut I wanted and that worked for my lifestyle. It was one of the best cuts. I will be back!

I was here for a haircut and Olga attended to me. It just took 10 mins and I was left with the nicest haircut ever!

In reply to Erica H.‘s comment… The gals here are nothing but the sweetest, nicest people. In all the times I have been in, they are always kind and polite. The gal that said «Toodles» ALWAYS says that to clients including myself and is in no way sarcastic. I think you took their comments as condescending because you felt stupid for going to the wrong place and depending on your father’s memory. Girls, ignore her comments because Erica H. was just lashing out from other problems in her life– why else would someone so much of their time to fuel hate. Keep up the great job your welcoming smiles and know you are all BEAUTIFUL!!!

I have always had great service at Folsom Supercuts! Not a lot of turnover so it makes it easy to get a consistent great trim. I
Natalie always does such a great job for me. She’s polite, easy to talk to, and very professional. I am thrilled to see her everytime I walk in. I hope Supercuts realizes how great of a staff they have at the Folsom store. Natalie, Karissa, Olga, Susan, and Miranda have all helped me and I am thankful everytime.

I have been getting my haircut at this Supercuts for 10+ years. The turnover of hair stylists was really bad for awhile. Therefore, it was hard to get a consistent haricut. Over the past 5 – 6 years I have been having Olga cut my hair. She does an awesome job. She takes her time and does not try to hurry through the haircut. She makes sure that you are satisfied and is good at remembering what type of haircut you previously had. It’s a crapshoot if you have somebody else cut your hair at this Supercuts. Other stylists are OK and others are really bad.

I’d like to say that they’re better than any other place, but they’re just average. The supercuts in Rancho or Arden is better. The wait it always like 15 minutes and they don’t always have the same cosmetologists which makes it hard to get a consistent haircut. Also, this place doesn’t keep track of the types of cuts you request so you really have to watch that they don’t overdo it and give you the barerschool cut.

Supercuts, in my experience, has earned a reputation for shoddy customer service and lengthy wait times. But not at this location. Even when I walk-​in without an appointment I rarely wait longer than five minutes. Armed with nothing more than a pair of scissors and a permanent smile, my stylist Jennifer regularly works wonders on my head of rabbit hair. I enter reluctant to remove my ball cap and leave feeling like one of those handsome, eerily-​happy models in the wall photos.
This is the Supercuts business model done right: cheap, efficient haircuts from friendly trained professionals. Why would I go elsewhere?
