Terrible! The only reason we agreed to purchase from Sam’s Club was after hearing numerous tails of their excellent exchange policy and customer service. However we were presented with just the opposite. We were originally denied a simple in store exchange due to a damaged item. When we asked for a store manager we met DeeDee a woman who presented herself as the manager(later to be discovered she was not) who as well gave us no options simply told us no. We then called corporate customer service, who informed us it was no problem, then contacted the store and told them to complete the exchange. We then waited for customer service again, they were short with us and simply exchanged it and told us to wait for our new item. 20min later no item, and we are increasingly angry. We again asked for a manager, 15 min later she showed up, listened to our complaint and concerns then did nothing to appease. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience to say the least. Definitely recommend sticking to Costco.
