I hired Bob after seeing the remodel he did for my friend’s bathroom. I have a 1970’s house with a very outdated kitchen; picture cracked mushroom tile, with thick brown grout and a very shallow chipped sink.
Bob & his crew came in & demoed everything, then prepped it for the granite. He recommended a place to go for the granite and even met me there to make sure I got a discount. The granite counters, new sink & faucet look amazing. My kitchen looks sleek, modern and so much cleaner!
Bob is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and I’d hire him again. A fair warning: he’s a busy man who usually has several jobs going at once, so sometimes communication doesn’t come as quickly as one would like; some patience is required.

Bob and his crews successfully remodeled and repaired both of my parents’ bathrooms that were once stuck in the 1960’s. Overcoming major dryrot and termite disintegration over the decades was a time-​consuming challenge that not all companies might have been equipped with the expertise as Bob has. He handled my elderly (and highly critical) parents with nothing but professionalism till the end and went above and beyond in what was for my folks, a major undertaking. If you’re looking for someone with decades of experience, flexibility and will take the time to explain the details of a project, SacTown Construction is the way to go.
