Red Zone Smoke & Vape

Went to Red Zone looking to start vaping to help quit smoking. The owner was so helpful explaining everything to us and his «program» for quitting smoking! Great experience and not as much $$ as I thought it would be. Definitely going back for all my vaping supplies!

I read the earlier posts. They must have changed their policies for the better. The owner helped me put together a vaping setup that is really great. He didn’t sell me more than I needed. All the parts were genuine kangertech. The vapor out of this thing is great! Very friendly and helpful.

Honestly this is one of the best shops you could go to. The owner is one of the friendliest, funniest and coolest people I’ve ever met and everyone else is very friendly too. Their prices are fantastic, they really know what they’re talking about when it comes to vaping, and they’re always willing to help me out if something is wrong. I rarely go to other places for vape stuff. The only problem is the selection of juices. While they have a lot, they could always use more. Best vape shop around.

I wanted advice on an ecig and honestly told them that I was new to the concept. I was sold a fake and while I understand that this may be all they carry… I would have appreciated to know the difference before dropping money on the product. I purchased a more expensive model since they stated that the battery would last for 2 days. I have had the ecig for 3 weeks now and the battery will not last more than a few hours. I should have done my research first.

The only vape shop I go to. The prices are great they have a range that will fit any buget. The owner is a great guy and so is his staff. They are super knowledgeable on everything from simple pipes to vapes. Their glass is high quality and strong, way better than any other shop I’ve been in. I found everything I was looking for in their shop and it’s worth the trip if your not close to their location. I highly recommend going even just to check it out.

So I went in and bought an e-​cigarette only to find out later that it was fake and I paid way too much. I don’t mind a fake just wish I was told about it and didn’t pay as much as I did. Avoid this shop at all costs and support other local businesses that care about customers.

This is my go to place for buying shisha, coals, heads etc… The guys in there are like family and they will hook you up!

Stopped here on a whim one day about a month ago because I’ve been trying to quit smoking. Owner’s son got me and my gf setup with vapes and I haven’t smoked since. Not only has my health improved dramatically, but I’ve come to love this shop because of the amazing customer service. They truly love what they do. They have all sorts of smoking accessories and they’re very fair with their equipment. Bring anything to them and they will try to fix it or offer you replacement suggestions. I will not go anywhere else.
The shop is also very clean and not shady at all like some smoke shops can be. Very comfortable atmosphere for anyone and friendly as well. If you’re considering stopping in, DO IT!

I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for years now after being diagnosed w/​breast cancer at 24 & having a double mastectomy w/​reconstruction that used my back muscles as pockets 4 my implants — leaving the muscles that were left behind to become concrete tight straining to makeup for the removes muscle.
Of course — I went down the road w/​narcotic pain relievers — and while I would never try the «filling early» or «lost my meds» bullshit — I still lived in a personal hell: judgement, pharmacists lieing that they don’t carry something when my doctor sends their older patients there for the same thing & never has issues, jumping through hoops when the insurance company would suddenly change their quantity limits, fuck up my pre-​authorization, or refusing to cover brand-​only when the generic the pharmacies carries is one who’s fillers make me violently ill (definitely contacted the FDA about that considering this manufacturer had just reopened after being shut down for not complying w/​generic standards). Even though my scripts had the «Fox Chase Cancer Center» heading — even if that same pharmacy was filling my cancer meds — it didn’t make a difference. I lived in a personal hell due to looking young & outwardly appearing as if nothing was wrong. At times I considered flashing the pharmacists to show them the extent of damage that was done — but I’m not sure that would have even kept them from being total uncaring assholes. Plus I got some killer tattoos to cover up the scars & well… just felt like adding that in. They’re awesome.
Anyway — finally quit the narcotics — I decided pain was better than that hell — so I did some major research noting down everything & anything I could that would help me be able to wash dishes for more than 20 mins — and when my research led me to my local head shop — this was where I went.
The store owner talked to me for at the least 40 minutes about the different things available and how they’ve helped his other customers. He shared his personal story about living with pain, and I finally felt like I had found someone who understood how fucked our medical system is & was sympathetic to my pain. Honestly, that’s all I had ever wanted, was someone to look at me without judgement and genuinely want to help take the pain away from me instead of attempting to discredit it.
I left with a few things to give the olé college try — and a few actually worked! It may have only covered just a portion of my daily pain — but when it comes to pain every little bit of relief counts. The fact that the owner had spent time discussing my pain and my options, while explaining the products I did decide to take home, was enough to give this place 5 stars. Sadly that was more than any pharmacist had ever done for me — sales gimmick or not — a portion of my personal hell was over.
The other people who work here are just as friendly & helpful. I have always been a huge supporter of any store that goes the extra mile with their customer service — and this place excels at it. Plus from what I could notice — they had a wide selection in whatever they carried, they were reasonably priced, and they appeared to have a pretty steady line of customers coming through — so that has to mean something too!

I love this place, the people are great! They treat me like family, I can always talk and they provide me with great service and they have a great selection on shisha and vape flavors. The glass pieces are great too.

It was my first time goin there and the man that waited on me was named Jahod. He was very nice and took his time explaining different vapes to me and the juices. They have everything there. Different vapes, pipes, hookahs, dry vapes, lighters, papers, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone n I’m definitely goin back on pay day.
