Wow! Being in the service industry I am sensitive to really poor and really good service. Rick at Precor Home Fitness is outstanding. He is not just knowlegable as you would expect, but very patient and friendly. The multiple times we spoke on the phone and when we showed up at closing time he was always helpful and nice. On top of the great, professional attitude, we got excellent service. Highly recommend.
