Today I decided to conduct an experiment on whether or not a Papa Murphy’s pizza can be carried home sideways in a reusable shopping bag in the heat. It can’t. But hell, at least the ingredients were fresh and delicious, and once I rearranged them into something that resembled a pizza and baked it, it was pretty good. My daughter refused to try it, and then ate four pieces. Papa Murphy’s has the best thin crust of anyone. It tastes great and doesn’t burn easily. The customer service was outstanding. The clerks were super friendly and professional, and referred to each other by name. For some reason that always impresses me. This was also the cleanest pizza place I’ve ever been in. Other than the fact that you have to bake it yourself, this is one of the best pizza places in Folsom.
