They serve the best pizza in town coz it is rich with ingredients and good and is quite good in size. I would recommend them.

I stay a block away and whenever I felt lazy to go far I tried 3 times(hoping my previous experience might have been bad or might have tried a wrong pizza)… Even after my 3rd try I feel the same… Pizza is always under cooked and always they take 20 – 30 mins to serve… They serve pizza with unbaked tomato(round cut) on top of pizza which kills the taste of the pizza. I will never try here again … Better I go to winco if I am too lazy again

I live literally right next to this Circo’s location for over 13 years now. It would be a 3 minute walk for me. I have only been to Circo’s pizza four times in my entire life for a reason. They’re prices are way too high and every time I have gone there to eat it has taken them at least 40 minutes to bring of 1 pizza. Like is it really that hard to make a simple pizza? They always undercook the pizza so it’s usually gooey and too soft which I do not like. I don’t get how they’re still in business. I’d gladly rather go to Chicago Fire or Round Table.

Delicious but expensive. I have only had delivery so I can’t rate their dine in service but delivery is usually speedy. They have a gigantic family size pizza that has a two foot diameter which is perfect for parties.

I have been a long-time Ciro’s customer, but today was the last straw. My husband, who has a really bad head cold, drove over to Ciro’s Folsom location to pick up a pizza for us. I have a broken leg, and I am starting to get a head cold too. We just wanted a comfort food lunch to sustain us, without any hassle. He orders a half Mountain Top, half Canadian Bacon and pineapple. I have a food allergy to bell peppers, and the receipt says right on it: NOBELLPEPPERS. In my husband’s sick daze, he forgot to look at the pizza before he left the restaurant. Brought it home and it has gigantic bell peppers all over it. It’s gotten to the point that the consistency with Ciro’s seems to be slipping, and it’s a gamble to go there, but this is the last straw. If employees cannot read, then they should be fired and this place should close. Not only that, but the person at the counter should be looking at the pizza to make sure that it is what the people ordered, before it’s handed to them. Like I said, my husband owns to his mistake of not checking before he left, but seriously, they were on thin ice before, since the last pizza we got from them was a sparse, gooey crust mess. However, when every time we walk away it’s disappointment, then we can no long justify the high price. It’s going back and I swear to god, we are done with Ciro’s. Sad. It’s the end of an era with high quality pizza from them.

The crust has turned into a production sellout .what a shame it used to be the best pizza in town.

We came here for the buffet. There was not a selection of pizzas to choose from. Mostly meat. When we asked for a different pizza they made a half and half and mostly meat again. They ran out of chesse sticks and they acted like they did not want to make more. The employees all were in the back! No customer service at all… Very sad. We will never come to this location again.

Worst service and customer interaction. They have bunch kids running the show and they have no clue what they are doing. I will try it one more time in future but i am not impressed with service tonight. Food is not bad but I had better. Overall I do not recommend this place. It’s not worth it.

Pizza is okay– service was terrible. Texting seemed to be more of a priority than delivering drinks and food. The patio is just some dirty plastic picnic tables. Maybe okay as a take-out place but I probably won’t even do that. Too many great pizza places to spend your money here.

Sad sad sad when you get a pizza and there is no cheese on it and the veggies look and taste as if they were never put in the oven ! Went in talked to manager who argued that this is how its suppose to be ! News flash I’ve ordered this pizza several times before from this location and it was wonderful! Whats up!!! We won’t be back ! Sad !!! To the manager… what happened to customer service? My husband called them after we got home to share that none of the veggies were cooked the manager got a bad attitude like inside the store ! My advice do not go here if you do hope there is nothing wrong cause they will do nothing about it im out $$ on a pizza i had to throw away! We will never be back ! Shame on them !!

We had pizza catered by Ciro’s and the pizza was on time and good. Everyone loved the chicken and white sauce pizza.

We came into this location just before noon today to take advantage of a(buy one get one free) coupon for the lunch buffet that came in the ads this week. I live in Citrus heights, but, that location does not currently offer the buffet :-(. The salad plates were nicely chilled. The salad bar itself held a nice variety of ingredients(unfortunately the spinach was almost totally empty), and I really liked the blue cheese dressing. I am kinda picky about my blue cheese, but, this was thick and had a decent amount of chunks in it. There were 3 pizza pans in the buffet which only had about 2 pcs each. One was an awesome chicken and cheese with white sauce(Yummy !). One was a standard pepperoni, and one looked like it may have been a crows nest or something close. By the time we had eaten our salads, they had 3 more pizzas out: a Hawaiian, another pepperoni, and a pepperoni and sausage. Wish they had put out another chicken one, because it was easily my favorite. Soft drinks are included in the price of the meal(Nice ! So many places stick you for another $ 2). Just under $ 9.00 with the coupon for the two of us to have a nice, tasty, filling lunch. You really cant ask for a better deal than that. I will gladly take the 20 minute drive over here again. BTW. there is a flat screen TV up in the corner. maybe this would be a nice place to watch sports. Didn’t look at the beer selection, but, the air temp WAS nice and cool inside :-) . A good location Ciro’s is a lunch stop for me and they run a pretty good lunch buffet. Nothing to fancy out for the buffet but it’s a good selection and they do okay keeping the pizzas replenished. The salad bar is average. The service is friendly. I guess I have only really talking with the people at the front for the buffet but still they are nice enough. I would and probably will return for the lunch deal.

Ciro’s in Folsom lost a weekly customer tonight. They just«upgraded» their computer system and now don’t have a button for the coupon I have in my hand so they wouldn’t honor it. It was only a buck difference from the button they do have so we placed the order only to find out at the end of the call that the delivery wait was 1.5−2 hours. It’s not Super Bowl Sunday, people. There’s no reason for that wait time and it was info that would have been useful at the beginning of the call. In the last 6 months the pizzas got smaller, the price went up, and the toppings have gotten scarce. We’ve given Ciro’s in Folsom many chances but we’re not giving them any more of our $$.

I have been asked twice, by two different people, to contact their guest relations, regarding my experience at Ciros Pizza. Both times I replied, both times, nothing happened. No response back. Why are you bothering me with requests for emails, then ignoring them? I highly suggest you skip this place, it turns out the management is just as inept, as it’s rude employees. As for the management, take a look at how well your comparable service and management skills worked for Toby Keith’s in Folsom.

We had a very bad experience the first time we ordered from Ciro’s but decided to give it another chance. Once again, Horrible service! Our pizza was delivered dropped and smushed into the corner of the box. When I called the management offered me the option to drive to their store with the smashed pizza and pick up a new one. So I have to go out of my way to fix your mistake? Ciro’s has lost our business forever!

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me thrice shame on you! I tried other places around Folsom and they are all better. It seems like they started going down hill about 3 or 4 years ago. Every time I have ordered in the past year and a half the pizza has been very soggy! The taste is ‘ok’, but with that crap texture there is nothing good to say! This last call was the tipping point: I tried 2 other places first, but the wait was too long. Called Ciro’s telling myself, I’ll give them one more chance — I asked for crispy crust, explaining that the last couple times had been soggy. She confirmed«Crispy!» «should be there in 30−45min». Nothing could be further from the truth! 90min later the mother of all soggy pizzas arrived. All were disappointed. The«quality control» sticker was blank, etc, etc. Oh well, never again…

Step-dad and I stopped in for a late lunch at about 2:30pm between running errands around town. Whole place was dead inside, yet I can imagine having lunch that late for some folks is probably uncommon, however nobody came in nor called the whole duration we were there. I was a bit curious by this as I thought, well, perhaps this is a bad sign for business? The woman who took our order(1 large pizza and 2 drinks) had little to no personality it seemed, not very outgoing by offering a warm welcome. Well, whatever, we were there to grab a bite, not to be wooed. We were unsure if the pizza came with the salad bar, yet the same lady disappeared in the back, so I didn’t have the interest to wait and ask. Besides, the salad bar appeared less than appetizing. The dining area appeared clean, thank goodness. Thirty-five minutes later, no exaggeration, our pizza arrived. I asked for a to-go box right when it was brought out so I didn’t have to wait for a soul to appear if they went off to the back again. The pizza was very good and we were pretty hungry, so actually it could have been bad pizza and I probably still would have thought it was good for the time. They played horrible music and turned it louder than a typical business should have it. It was a playlist of corny love songs. Hey, I’m all into music, but I would rather listen to local radio then what they had on. Again, nobody there so what does it matter… I’d like to see this place do better. Bottom line is I would order take out before dining here, however I’m weary of waiting even longer for my order than we did, should it be busier then.
