Burger King

This place is garbage. Just got done seeing a movie and walked over here got a double cheeseburger, they gave me a basic cheeseburger, and when I unwrapped it it has sauce SPEWING from the sides. I took it back to the woman at the counter and asked for another and at that same time a man I don’t know came up and asked for the manager and then showed him a hamburger with a bite taken out of it and claimed it wasn’t even cooked and his burger was pink and didn’t even want another one and just asked for a refund. After I got my second burger it still tastes like trash.

We come here after various appointments in Folsom, The drive thru is very fast and they actually get your order right! My favorite is the veggie burger and a large drink, oh and did i mention that they have a cool soda fountain where you can get over 100 drink options like coca cola cherry, vanilla lime etc. and flavored water!

Definitely won’t go back. The young lady working the register didn’t look up once, just took our order. Then when she ran my card, she just handed it back to me without a receipt and walked away. I stood there thinking she was getting my coffee. Another employee finally came up and asked if I was waiting for something and I stated, «my receipt, my coffee». She looked at the younger cashier and I was told that she would bring it to me. When my order was ready, I asked if I could get a receipt and the girl had to walk in the back of the restaurant and stated that the machine up front wasn’t working. Well gee, honey, you could have easily stated that at the beginning instead of walking away. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. And I’m glad I am not the only one that noticed, everyone that was in there was saying how she clearly didn’t want to be there!

Not good customer service at all. If I’m paying for a $ 10 meal here at an unhealthy fast food place they better at least have good customer service. I honestly would choose in n out fast food over this. Reason 1: best customer service, reason 2: very healthy for a fast food place (made fresh daily with no preservatives,) reason 3: half the price for a better tasting, healthier meal. I kept getting interrupted by the person asking for my order in the drive through. Also they didn’t ask if I wanted sauce so I got none. I ended up having to go in there and ask for it when they didn’t even apologize. A ten dollar meal shouldn’t have these simple mistakes

Kinda disappointed at the speed of assembly. I occasionally stop in for a few chicken sandwiches to feed a dozen people at work. Today, it took 27 minutes to finish my order of 30 sandwiches… as though they were being assembled one at a time. Everything was just kinda tossed in a few bags and slapped on the counter. Overall, a sloppy job. A close McCompetitor can assemble 30 chicken sandwiches in about 12 to 15 minutes and pack everything neatly. Just sayin…

Haven’t been to this Burger King (or any other) in years because I try not to eat fast food, but I was craving a whopper & a little hung over so I decided to hit the drive thru!
I ordered a whopper… I got a tiny whopper Jr. lol. I ordered onion rings… There was literally only 5 onion rings in the almost empty container! WTH!!! My husbands order wasn’t messed up & his little tater tot/​hash brown thingys were filled to the max! I felt cheated lol! My fault for not checking the bag before we left the drive thru.
The food tasted fine, but I was still hungry after I was done eating :(maybe it’s a sign to stay away!

I love to go here before the movies. Hamburgers taste good. I mis the play grand that was here so I don’t go as much. Need to work on the Service a little.

I dont kno what happened to the burger king i used to kno and love. The service has gotten worse over the span of a year, they seem to hate their jobs obviously, and show no kind of gratitude from serving. The guy in the drive thru, understandably, didnt have the ice cream machine going or the icee machine. I was conpletely understanding of this. I asked for smoothies instead. He didnt repeat my order to me when I pulled up, he didnt give me a copy of my reciept, and he jipped on my smoothies. I was chill with you bro why not be chill back? Make some changes. I was a known regular with a unique icee/​icecream combo and no other worker will ever do it.
Oh and since i never got a reciept, he charged me an extra 3 bucks for what i dont kno

The prices were fair and people are nice but the portions seems really small. But the food was delicious.

Stopped in for a shake before taking in a movie. The shake was fine, but the counter service by Neha was outstanding! Burger King is lucky to have such a positive cheerful person representing them at the cash register. She went the «extra mile» ensuring my order was correct.
I was not having a good day, so I really appreciated her hard work making it better!

I now remember why I haven’t had Burger King in years. Ya I prob should not eat fast food. This location does as good as it can with what they are given. It is Burger King… The people were nice. The food not so much.

We prefer BK over the other burger joints because their onion rings are wonderful and their burgers taste great.
When my family and I needed a quick meal before an appointment that was approaching quickly, we stopped in to BK on Iron Point.
The onion rings did not look like their typical onion rings and they tasted gross. My husband– a former restaurant manager– said they had freezer burn. There were a couple flies hovering over us as we ate; even though that happens sometimes, we could tell that it was happening because the tables were all sticky and dirty. There was hardly any business in the place yet we were largely ignored and obviously too much trouble for them to deal with; they should have used all their spare time cleaning the dining room a bit. We won’t be going back to that location again.

Didn’t get to make my review on the day I went. Phone was not cooperating. I went here with my daughter on ⁵⁄₂₆. We ordered the chicken strips for me with a side salad & a soda & for her a plain cheeseburger kids meal with apple fries.
After paying & getting out drinks (they do have a cool new digital soda machine that you can add extra flavors to your «base» soda drink) I was told they are out of apple fires. Ok, we’ll just go with fries. Then found out they are out of chicken strips. Would have been nice to know this before I had paid. So they gave me a chicken wrap, cutting up a crispy chicken breast into strips. They did give me a second one for the inconvenience. So I ate my wrap & went to the salad. Got the wrong dressing so I went to exchange it. Even after having sat at the table for almost 10 minutes, my salad was FROZEN! By that time I had to go since our movie was almost starting. I did let the fella at the counter know that he needs to check his cooler as the salad was completely inedible. Never liked Burger King, but the little on really wanted to go. I see now, my feelings were justified.

This location is pretty close to my work so I have hit it a few times.
The location is clean inside and outside.
Customer service has always been good here. They handle the drive through line well even when it is busy.
Burger King rotates new burgers in fairly often. I tried the Angry Whopper today and it was pretty good. Not quite like the picture on the drive through but actually pretty close. I also had the Satisfries for the first time. I feel healthier already! The Satisfries were not bad, but I think I will stick with the regular fries.

Folsom is lacking in their burger king locations, but this one is a good one!
its like every other chain burger king, but the employees are very nice and the food is well prepped.

i think that is all there is to say. If you want burger king, come here. especially since its one of the only burger kings in the area.

Very expensive soda prices

You know, it is Burger King. It does in a pinch.

They have a fancy new soda machine there now. It has a touch screen and lets you make things like orange, rasberry, and vanilla coke, or grape and lime fanta… I could play with it for hours. Fun stuff.
And they have really good fries and the original chicken sandwich is still the best chicken sandwich ever.

Burger King’s are all the same no matter where you go and sometimes they mess up your order.
Not this one. It is right by my house and one I’ve stopped at off and on for 10 years now. Its been pretty consistent and I almost never get greasy food — except one time after 10 on a Sunday night.
Now I just wish they’d bring back BK Table Service.
