Went in here to look in person at a few of the Wave and headphone options. We currently already have a Wave that we love as well. Employees were very helpful explaining differences in the models and options without being overbearing or pressure-​y.
Ended up getting another Wave and the SoundSport in-​ear headphones. Was really impressed with the SoundSport — was a little doubtful that they would work as well as they do and not occasionally fall out with running and sweating. First day I used them, they stayed in perfectly for 5 miles no problem. Love them!

I have been to this store 2 times in last few months both times looking for a bose headphones and wanting more infomation so i could purchase them. Niether one of the 2 times i have been here that an employee acknowledge me or offered any support even when they saw me looknig for information and no other clients in the store. Very poor service for being a bose store

Stopped by and purchased earbuds for my ancient earbud pair of Bose (circa 2008) still work like a charm and fit better with improved earbuds

What a fun place. I walked in looking for some better speakers to hook up to my MacBook for when I watch my iTunes on the HDTV in my room (connection is only video). I walked out with this fantastic Bluetooth device that is easily transportable and which has one of those great Bose sounds. Yeah!
