I am a property manager and had a tenant move out leaving the place a real mess(understatement). There was mouse poop and suffocating dog smell even after carpet had been removed. It was very disgusting. Niko and her crew came and cleaned all surfaces(ceilings, walls, cabinets, floors and ceiling fans). They did an exceptional job! I can now go in to paint, make repairs and new flooring. I am very impressed with the service I received. It would’ve taken me weeks to do what they did in under 6 hours. Niko is the news business owner, so the old reviews should be ignored. It was a real pleasure working with Niko.

I am not someone who does reviews but I am making an exception. Immaculate Touch is not under the same ownership as it was when this other negative review of more than a year ago was written and I hate to see this quality business’s reputation besmirched. Because I can attest in the present to the high work ethic of Immaculate Touch, I feel compelled to set the record straight. Over the years, I have had many house cleaning services, large, small, franchised… you name it. My wife says I am obsessive about house cleaning. No argument, I even drive myself crazy. Immaculate Touch is my therapy. Using their own environmentally friendly products, they clean deeply and thoroughly. Without doubt, they are the best cleaning service I have ever had. Their business comes from referrals and you may find it difficult to book them because they have a strong established customer base to service. If you are looking for the exceptional cleaning service, grab them if you can.

I called this business on Saturday 4÷12÷14. I spoke with the owner Cindy Coburn. I let Cindy know that I was needing my home cleaned on Monday morning if possible. I also let her know that I would need it done by 230pm because I had my annual walk thru to renew the lease on my home. Cindy let me know that it would be no problem and let me know the cost and the name of the employee she would be sending. This was also followed up with a confirmation email… Now fast forward to Monday morning at 9am and no one shows up. I figured they must be running late but by 930 I finally called. Cindy answered. I let her know who I was and that I had a 9am appointment and no one had arrived. She apologized and said she would find out what happened and call me right back. By 10 no return call. I called back and spoke with Cindy again who seemed unconcerned that she had not called me back yet. I reminded her who I was and that I was waiting to know what was happening. She said«Oh. you’re not going to like my answer.. My employee over slept» I said that’s okay. is she on her way? Cindy than said«I told you I was trying to find out what was happening, don’t get an attitude with me.» I let Cindy know that I felt I was definitely frustrated and thought I was being fair with my frustrations and she said«Maybe we should just cancel today!» I reminded Cindy that unfortunately that wasn’t an option and I needed it done no later than 2:30p today… which is why I had an appt for the morning. She said to me «Well then you better be nice to me if you want your house cleaned» At that point I hung the phone up on her and called another cleaner who came out and did the job last minute and was very easy to work with and got the job done for me. I feel that Cindy was very unprofessional with me and never once tried to fix the situation. I was not rude to her at all and I completely understood that the cleaner overslept and was just wanting someone to come and do the job like I was promised before the time I needed and clearly that could never be resolved. I have never written a Unilocal review but the way I was treated and talked to prompted me to write a review. Maybe she was having a bad morning and maybe this is out of character for her but this was the only experience I had and will ever have with this company again.
