It’s got the necessities. It’s either slow cashiers or not enough, always seems to be a long wait.

Excellent deals always! Pharmacy section is too slow to process insurance! Should have ample time to get medications!

There’s something gloomy about this store. A poor cousin of Duane Reade which isn’t saying much. Long lines. The cashiers not really polite but I’ve experienced worse so on a scale of 1 thru 10, I’d say a 5. Except this one cashier who flatly told me something could not be returned. When I insisted it can be she called out the manager while condescendingly saying to me «let’s hear what he has to say». He took one cursory look at the item and promptly said it can most certainly be returned. Ha! The cashier did not want to give up and even had the audacity to stand there and argue with him until he set her straight. She gave me back the refund but with attitude although I remained polite. Jeesh! I hope she gets the same treatment when she needs to return an item and faces the same type of lame cashier she is.

Pharmacy was quick and efficient. It’s always nice when they tell me it’ll be 20 mins then call my phone five minutes later saying it’s ready! They were kind and helped answer am questions I had about my prescription. Store was busy so they had a decent sized line but moved quickly. Good selection of items and had a parking lot.

1 star for the pharmacy, 2 stars for the store. I figured I’d be generous. The only reason I still go to this Rite Aid is because it’s convenient for me. If there was any way to avoid it, believe me, I would. Pharmacy: unprofessional, uninformed, rude, and unhelpful. I tried to fill a prescription and THREETIMES the pharmacist snarkily gave me incorrect information that required me to follow up with insurance. When I pointed out her significant errors, I received no apology or acknowledgment that I had been really inconvenienced. I will not be using this pharmacy. Store: selection is good –I very rarely have trouble finding what I’m looking for. That said, the store is a mess, and the lines are always 1290932 people long with only one cashier working. Some small changes could really improve this place.

Well it’s super close to me for the random stuff like TP, soap and even beer. Yes, the long lines are annoying. But it’s good for the basics.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. There is no such thing as a «quick» trip to this rite aid. Every single time I come here there is a ridiculous line with only one cashier working and without fail, the person at the register will be haggling over coupons, getting rain checks and speaking to the manager for like 25 minutes. I would rather go to Duane Reade in the city and pay more for literally everything than to come to this place ever again.

Hey! what can I say. a Rite Aid in Cali is prob. the same as a Rite Aid in NY. Not personable, sorta messy. and the cashier line, NEVER fails…

It’s ok. I’ve been to better and bigger Rite Aids but this one gained a star due to the parking lot, which makes it convenient for drivers. I seldom come here to pick up quick items that I need. Also, depending on what is on sale in the weekly circular. I must say that the sales in Rite Aid are much better than their competitors, such as Duane Reade and CVS. I can’t really talk about the service since I don’t get my meds at Rite Aid pharmacies and I don’t really interact with the salesmen. The wait for the cash registers is ok. This Rite Aid does not give me problems. Downside: Not opened 24 hours. Limited selection — I wish there are more«As Seen On TV» items.

The employees need a lesson in customer service. I have never used the pharmacy, but after my many experiences here, I don’t think I would anyway. Service is slow at cashiers. They seem to be annoyed at the fact the have to help you. I used to like the fact you did it need a convenience card to get sales prices, but now it’s mandatory to have one of their cards.

While cheaper than Duane Reade, this is one of the messier Rite Aids that I’ve been to(Maybe a level better than Marshalls). The lines tend to be longer wait(more people doing rain checks, returns, and etc?). — The Pharmacy is very mediocre here. There’s always a «20 minute wait»(I have no idea why it takes that long, most pharmacies I go fill on the spot). Oh, and a few people there are pretty rude. They also don’t call my name out, so I have no idea when it’s done. — Also and issue with the photo center. Nothing you upload online shows up there, so you’re always better off bring a flash drive. Something needs to be fixed here; this is the first time I saw a Rite Aid in bad shape.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I rarely write reviews for drug stores cause they’re all the same to me, basically. But this place is like nowhere I’ve ever been to. I only come here when I HAVE to. Fortunately, that’s only twice a month(to buy dog food). Whenever I’m here, this place is always a mess and some things are just missing/out of stock… matta fact, the only thing stocked up is the snack section. The people working there are either college students or people that belong in the death bed. I’ve never dealt with a bunch of people that were as dumb as a pile of rocks. They always seem lost whenever I ask them about certain products. I don’t know whose line is longer and slower… the DMV’s or this Rite Aid location. It’s probably a tie. The only plus side about Rite Aid, in general, is the Rite Aid Wellness card. Basically, you get points every time you use it and something happens when you reach a certain number of points. Like I said, I only come here twice a month so I only have 100 points. I always seem to save money when I use this card, too. So there’s that. Long story short: Don’t come here unless you lose a bet and have to end up at this Rite Aid for something or if you get some late night munchies.

Rite Aid isn’t always the best on pricing and this store isn’t always that well stocked. They do give you rain checks. If you are here to fill a prescription the scenario I mostly hear and have experienced is that they take your prescription ask you to come back hours later and tell you they ran out of the medicine you wanted. To sum it up the pharmacists are anal. You would be better off going to the Korean neighborhood drugstore east of Rite Aid down the block. They will fill your prescription on the spot and even have the hard to find drugs when others are out of supplies.
