THERES MOLD ON MY ICE!!! Stay away from this place! I opened the cup after I finished my soda to find multiple pieces of mold on my ice. This means there is more where this came from! I’m reporting this as soon as I can to higher authorities.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! I been going to this restaurant for years. This one particular day was my last day going to this establishment. I went there and in addition to the poor customer service I RECEIVED A COUNTERFEIT $ 10.00 BILL! I’ve complained to the corporate office and was told by a so called manager MYRON ALLIS not to call the corporate office again. I will never ever eat nor spend my money in any McDonald’s restaurant again. This place is a rip off!

This is all about location. Food is what you expect. Standing on line for 5 mins and you’ll start to regret why you come here. The manager yells at all the employees. Not sure how this is a happy place. Just had my kid’s birthday party here based on my first comment. No tablecloth, they start blowing up balloons when we get there, forget the budget decorations that was expected, no goodie bags «they ran out», no candle for the cake, and had to think about whether a toy comes with a happy meal when asked for it. Not to mention the play area is just plain filthy. Curious how this passes inspection. All day breakfast can only help so much guys. Bad experiences just means we re-​locate the next time.

Absolute garbage. This place is a disgrace. McDonald’s should pull there franchise agreement.
Staff should be all fired. Got cold food and was given the wrong order.
When requested extra Big Mac sauce staff refused and just kept saying «we don’t do that no more.»
Don’t ever go here.

My receipt says 4:51am it’s now 5:15am…oh and don’t forget the ten minutes it took to get my receipt. I’ve been sitting in the drive-​Thru for over 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me. Check the cameras Mr. Mcdonald

I asked myself…“Should I really take the time to review a Mickey D’s?” I go only a few times a year. I decided it was a good idea. I don’t think McDonald’s will pay attention… but maybe some customers will. This location has gone waaaay down the tubes. There was a wonderful woman manager who was great and she ran a very tight ship. Now… they have a little spitfire wiseguy who thinks he’s «all that and a side of rice» and… he ain’t. He’s just plain nasty.
Saturday Morning: I ordered two breakfast burritos and a large iced coffee… with not much milk… NO SUGAR (please) and 2 Sweet-​n-​Lows on the side. A very nice girl handed me the iced coffee… LIGHTER THAN LIGHT (too much milk) and… I could taste that it had sugar (I’m diabetic… No sugar for me.). I asked «Mister Spitfire» to exchange it for one DARKER and NO SUGAR… and two S-​n-​Ls on the side. He takes it… gives it to the coffee girls and they make me a new one. It took another 11 minutes (11 minutes PLUS the time it took to get my coffee right) to get my breakfast burritos. That’s like 15 – 16 minutes. This ain’t fast food anymore.
Finally…Mister Spitfire is holding the tray with my two BBs and he asks me if I’d like hot or regular sauce with by burritos. I say that I don’t want sauce. He looks at me like I have three heads and says…“Didn’t you order the burritos?!?” I reply…“Yes I did… I just don’t want sauce”…which seemed to upset him.
Sorry…Spitfire…I prefer my Breakfast Burritos without your plastic packets of salsa.
One more thing: The interior is sad and old. It needs to be remodeled. The outside looks okay… but the inside looks 1980s.

I’ve been collecting my minion toys from this mcdonald’s. The good parts, I’ve been getting a different toy every time. They’re open 24 hours. The drive through and the lobby. The workers are relatively nice. The bad parts… the fries were kinda stale every time. I don’t know about during the day time, but they didn’t have a ketchup station out in the «lobby» area. Typical McDonald’s otherwise.

This is the worst McDonalds you can ever possibly spend your money in and they are nasty rude and they’re always out of something I went one night about 10 o’clock at night to get stuff dropped about 35 dollars paid on my card then manager tells me they ran out of meat are you serious who runs out of meat. Short mouse in there one day too.

F – ! I waited for like 16 minutes in the drive-​thru that never moved besides people leaving the line frustrated with waiting so long!
McDonalds employees cry on TV beginning for wage increases, how bout working for it! I mean Easter Sunday, 2:40 am. That’s time and a half right?
Luckily Checker’s is near!

I have come here on multiple occasions. One not better or worse than the next. I feel that this McDonalds is as efficient as other McDonalds. Perhaps they need to hire more people or better train them?
I have come here via walk-​in and drive-​thru, both methods you’ll still have to wait a long time for you order, which is unacceptable given that this place is suppose to be «fast food» restaurant. They aren’t making any gourmet food, so come on, hurry it up.
The drive thru can sometimes get very crowded and you waste 10 – 15 minutes of gas just idling there. The last time I went, I ordered and then when it came time to pay, the employee told me that the credit card machine wasn’t working. What if I didn’t carry cash that day? Shouldn’t they have told me that it was cash only when I ordered the food? This place is slow in service, if you have patience and there’s not other McDonalds to go to, well you have no choice but to come to this one. The food is consistent with other McDonalds.

Sometimes u just don’t have a choice at 230am. Damned late nite munchies! Bn here in the daytime… sometimes it’s nice and desolate and u can eat yr fries in peace but most of the time it’s a zoo. It’s like the carnies get out and you can’t tell if the workers have traded places with them during the last shift change!
Thankfully there’s a drive thru so u can avoid the madness but make sure to count yr change and esp count yr food. They botch it up on the regular; at least they try to rectify errors and actually listen to you after the «whappen?»

Worse McD’s I’ve been to. Customer service sucks, managers/​supervisor lack class and any type of authority. Pick up by number? Sucks

Got my Favorite Steak Biscuit Breakfast meal. Always yummy at any MCD. Steak is half the size compared Everywhere I visited. Dry & Gross ! Corporate REALLY need to sent mystery taster here ! There is something seriously wrong ! How do you messed up dialing 1:00 on the microwave?

I felt compelled to actually review a McDonald’s after the recent outcry from their workers to have their salaries raised to $ 15.00 per hour. So my review is obviously based more so on the customer service end of it. It is fast food so you get what you get.
I couldn’t count the number of times I’ve been to this location. It is my «go to» McD’s in my neighborhood & I’ve lived here since late 80’s. Luckily, I don’t really eat burgers but I do like the breakfasts here. Most of the time I stick to the drive-​thru. I’ve found mostly disorganization with the lines inside so drive-​thru usually a better bet. I’ve had good experiences but mostly not so good. It’s usually on my coffee order of all things. My order: Large coffee black, 10 creamers on the side, 6 blue packets (the Equal). The reason I order it like that is because one time the drive thru operator did not know what «Equal» was. I had to tell her the blue packets. Once in a blue moon they get it right. A blue blue moon… Today the girl handed me the coffee, my bag of food but no creamers or Equal. I told the girl I didn’t get the creamers or Equal. She seemed to look frazzled suddenly. «How many creamers»… «10 please… and 6 Equals». She starts gathering them on the counter & I ask her «can you please put them in a bag»? She totally ignores me and tries scooping them from her over– filled hand into mine. I then say «I guess no bag»? Ok… I grab the bag with the food & try spilling them in there from my over-​filled hand & some go on my lap & the floor… yeah, I’m annoyed. WTF?
If these McDonald’s workers want $ 15.00 an hour they better step up their game or the company better have a decent customer service training program that they put them through before having them deal with the public! And if they don’t have one already, a probationary period. The problem for the workers will be that most of them won’t make the cut & will end up unemployed in the end. Maybe they better re-​think the wage that they’re asking. For many, I think a lower income might be better than no income at all! Just sayin’…

Worst service. Drive-​thru people always have an attitude. They are constantly messing up orders.

Stopped in here for a quick breakfast and some how ended up dealing with a really young pissy attitude teenage cashier. Sausage McMuffins are currently 2 for $ 3. I simply asked for 4 McMuffins = $ 6 bucks right? Well not according to this young fresh cat. He some how computed in his brain that I wanted 8 sandwiches total, meaning four 2 for $ 3 deals. He made the mistake, I understood, move on right? Now, the kid starts fuming at me because he couldn’t figure out how to reverse the order on the register and a shouting match occurs. I get my 4 McMuffins to go and I will never return to this McDonald’s ever again!

What I Ordered:
«Buy One, Get One BigMac» — YOU HAD ONE JOB!!! I believe they ran out of BigMac buns or the employee is just an idiot. One burger was not on a sesame bun, and had a random piece of bread for the center bun. The other burger, was basically a double cheese burger with BigMac sauce on a fish filet bun. Nice way to screw up BOTH of the «signature» items.

nuggets — how do you screw up on nuggets?! Oh wait, you can’t. I guess this is where they even deserve that 1 Star.
Customer Service: Sigh… I already knew what a disaster this was going to be, as I waited about 15mins after ordering my «fast food» while watching several employees scurry around in total confusion when putting all the orders together. Neither did I appreciate the rude attitude I got when I asked for sauce that was not given to me with my order.
I cannot believe I am reviewing a McDonald’s. I mean, what did I expect? Definitely no five star dining here but was I expecting too much for them to AT LEAST get my simple order, fast & exactly what I ordered? Apparently, I am.

Terrible coffee. The snack wraps and Mcflurry are okay. At night this McD is packed with kids and parents as there is a play place next door. Stay away if you just want to grab a decent cup of coffee, which you won’t find here.

Avoid this McDonalds at all costs! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
This McDonalds is a joke. The management is very poor. The workers are more interested in gossiping and laughing at each other than they are about taking your order. You could be standing there for five minutes before they pay any attention to you.
The drive-​thru is horrendous. They often forget to give you items that you already paid for. Take this morning for example, I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal. Not only did they forget to include a hash brown, I also got an extra piece of plastic in my sandwich (see picture). ugh needless to say, I tossed the sandwich out and had a coffee for breakfast.
Also the drive-​thru is supposedly 24 hours. However, I’ve gone a couple of times after 12 to find that they have a very limited menu offering of fish mcbites, chicken selects, and soda. They say that they are out of everything else (aka they are too lazy to make something else for you.)
I don’t like giving out one star ratings to businesses but after a series of bad experiences in a row, I have no choice but to warn other Unilocalers. Remember… you were warned.

I only come here for the McNuggets for my daughters. I went inside ONCE, this almost ruined it for me. It is utterly disgusting inside and forget the playground area. I literally threw up in mouth a little. The customers that frequent the dining area as well are rude and gross. I feel like they live there.
As other people said, they get the order wrong quite often but if you go back they usually let you keep what they screwed up.
I will say the employees are always nice and they do work their butts off because they are so busy.
