Terrible experience. This is the rudest, most unprofessional CPA I’ve ever been to.
1.5 weeks ago, I visited Andrew for personal and corporate taxes. He agreed to do my taxes, and I sent him all the documents he needed.
One week later, he asked for another document. The next day, I submitted it. When I asked (for the second time via email) when the taxes would be done, because I am under a corporate tax deadline, he did not respond.
Finally, another half week later (so 1.5 weeks since first going to his office), I called and asked his friendly staff to please have him call me.
Andrew called me with the same attitude he gave me when I first met him in his office. He said my corporate taxes are too complicated for him, that he doesn’t have time for me, that I should go somewhere else and will probably have to apply for an extension to not get penalized.
By the way, he gets into his office at 1pm during peak season.
HORRIBLE experience. I’m shaking with anger that he was so unapologetic, disrespectful, arrogant, and pompously told me to go apply for an extension after having wasted 1.5 weeks of my time without communication.
