I am a big fan of dried hot pot! Incredibowl definitely is one of the best places to get it. I eat here maybe once a month of twice mainly because it can be pretty expensive. hence, the four stars I gave. A meal for one is going to cost you maybe, $ 12 – 15 which a decent amount of vegetables and meat and their 20% off discount.

Stumbled upon this little gem on a Friday night when i was out with my friend scavengering for a good place to eat. I had no idea what anything was in the entire food court as Im Korean and it was giving me anxiety. The staff was very helpful and patient. I ended up ordering fatty beef, fish filet, chicken, chicken wings, and spam for the meats. As for the vegetables, we ordered straw mushroom, cabbage, tofu skin, fried tofu, potatoes, vermicelli, and bok choy. Everything was perfect with the mild spice. The order came out to $ 21 and included two bowls of rice. Filled both of us up and was absolutely«incredibowl!» Highly recommend the fish fillet!

Its great food but dont take midium spicy if you are not into very very spicy food. First place where i tried frog legs. Great place but is a food court not a restaurant.

Dry Hot Pot! It’s very delicious and worth the price! They have really quick service for the amount of people they get and they’re super friendly! One pot should be large enough to share with a family — depending on what you get/how much you get obviously. I usually pay around 20 and can share with four people so it’s a great place in my eyes! Def try the fish, it’s great!

This is a pretty neat stand in the New Flushing Food Court. There’s an array of sliced meats n vegetables so you can select and customize your dishes but what I noticed most was that for $ 7.50 you can get a beef noodle soup replete with toppings! I was surprised to see that my order came with two quail eggs, wood ear, sliced mushrooms, tofu, seaweed, and thin egg layers. These extras were on top of the generous helpings of sliced beef. Perhaps the most important aspect was that the broth was pretty tasty. I have to get the non spicy version so that my kids will eat at this place so I could tell the ingredients are fresh and not just masked by spices. You get this huge bowl of noodles at such a great value, I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to try out the dry hot pot that people are reviewing. PS-There is a $ 5 deposit for the bowls which seems standard for this mall. No worries if you accidentally tossed your receipt, the cashier remembers you and will return your deposit regardless.

The food’s really good and I really like the generous portions that they give. The beef is always my favorite so I really loaded up on that along with the mushrooms too. They have a pretty wide selection of stuff to choose from. I was really skeptical of the fish but Kelly convinced us into it and I was pleasantly surprised. Their flavoring is on point. It comes with a side of rice after everything you add into the huge red bowl. I’ve never had dry hot pot before but if all of them are this good I would consider myself a fan. I would definitely come back, and I’d bring my mom lol.

Incredibowl is indeed pretty fun to eat since you get to choose what you want in you bowl which is an assortment of vegetables and proteins. However, it is a bit overpriced in my opinion for the amount of food you get. There isnt an array of flavors besides just being really spicy, although I understand it is Sichuan Cuisine. There is limited skills or wow factors to the food because it is something that you can simply make at home.

What can I say? from the name itself its really incredible! Its delicious & cheap! Me & my bf love this little spot inside new york food court. Its like a dry hotpot. Theirs a meat, seafood & vegestable section that you can pick whichever you want & they’re going to cook it for you. We pick fish, chicken wings, shrimp, spinach, mushrooms and a lot more. We told the lady to make it a little spicy & its perfect. We paid about $ 20 and shared it with 2 people. How good is that!

Walking in this food court was like stumbling upon an underground city– full of delicious food. This is the go to food court after practice with some of my friends. Everything is weighed by the pound at Incredibowl and they have a pretty good variety of items, including rice cakes, noodles, pork, clams, etc. You’re also able to select a spice level! It is a bit on the pricier side for a meal in Flushing — $ 8lb for meat and $ 7lb for vegetables. However, if you just want a quick meal, it is a great choice. Note: they will ask for a $ 5 deposit for the bowl

Incredibowl is just that — INCREDIBLE! With a wide selection of ingredients to choose from, you’re one step away from customizing your ultimate meal. I am very particular about my hot pot ingredients and they just happened to have everything that I enjoy. Wood ear mushrooms? Yes. Rice cake? Yes. Lobster balls? Yes. LOTUSROOT?!? YES! They even take the extra step to deep-fry the fish for you. The levels of spiciness is insane. How anyone would be able to endure the ‘very spicy’ option is beyond me. The ‘medium’ spice level is sufficient if you actually want to enjoy your food with a decent kick of heat. The heat slowly creeps up on you so be very wary of that. If you choose to go any higher, I wish you the best of luck. The presentation and the red bowl it is served in really makes the food stand out and that much more appetizing. There’s a gloss that resonates from all the yummy flavorful goodness and makes it almost too pretty to eat. Aside from the food, one thing that sets Incredibowl apart from their competitors is their investment in the business. They use a refrigerating unit to keep their raw foods in safe cooling temperatures whereas their competitors solely rely on ice. This helps maintain consistency and quality in the products that they serve and minimizes the potential risks of cross-contamination. Kudos to the counter attendants, cooks and especially management for maintaining a friendly, clean and delicious operation for the Flushing community! :)

The flavor here is not as intense and good as Lao Ma spicy pot in new world mall. Yes the workers speaks English here but I come here for the food and not for the English speaking staffs! And most people can point right? Overall, if you are craving for spicy Chinese stir fried pot, go to Lao Ma at the new world mall instead

Located inside the New York Food Court on Roosevelt Ave, this place serves up hot pot… but DRY! No soup, think stir fried shabu shabu. You pick your protein and veggies and they weigh everything — be careful though, it adds up! Then, you choose the spiciness level(mild, medium, hot, etc). You also get a bowl of rice to go with your food. So tasty, definitely bringing all my friends here whenever I go to this food court!

Food was alright but I felt scammed! They definitely take some food off after it gets to the back. Also the guy weighs it fast and takes it off so he can put a random amount into the register. AVOIDIFYOUDONTWANTTOBE SCAMMEd! Such a shady spot!

These food stand is inside a Chinese food court. Don’t speak Chinese? No worries! The workers here can explain everything in English as well! This is essentially a dry hotpot. You choose your protein(fish, beef, fishballs, squid, imitation crab, etc) and you choose your vegetables(bok choy, broccoli, tofu, tofu skins, cabbage, etc). Let the server know how many people you would like it to feed and they will portion it accordingly! Everything is charged by weight, and for $ 20 my friend and I were full. If you reach $ 20 you get two bowls of rice also. I will caution you though, this food court can get crowded sometimes, so finding a seat might be a little tough during peak times. It generally empties out around 3PM for lunch. Highly recommended!

Don’t know if it’s just my stomach can’t handle heavily flavored food, or the food itself. Honestly think it’s the food here because it’s not the first time I’ve Ma La Tang. Ordered a bowl to share with a friend, medium spicy, so it really wasn’t that spicy. What it was though was very salty, but aside from the salt, it tasted pretty good. Here’s where it gets bad — I threw up all night long after eating this. Throwing up is never a good sign, so eat at your own risk.

Noticing the 20 percent off grand opening sign in New York food court, cannot overlook the incredibowlity of this spot. First thing to praise is Kelly because he definitely knows his stuff and what a great guy to have a conversation with. Moving on to the food, love their ethic on cleanliness because they have a meat bowl and a vegetable bowl for the desires of one’s consumption. Heads up: a pound of vegetable is 7.50 and for meat and seafood will be 8. Although the variety is an overflow from healthy watercress to fresh clams; I decided simplicity is the key eating dry hot pot. Not to mention you’re able to select a spice level according to your tolerance. To the dining part, my pound of veggies consisted of watercress, lotus root, bok choy, and cauliflower while my half pound of meat was thin sliced beef and marinaded whitefish pieces. I call that Kelly’s simple pot, freshness and spice in every bite. Will I return? Under these 2 conditions: –by myself: under a pound of veggies –with one or more people: going ham!

Incredibowl is at least the fourth«麻辣香鍋» or numbing spicy bowl vendor to open up in New York Food Court. The bowl consist of a medley of meats and vegetables(that you choose) stir fried in their special sauce. This trend has been present for a while now but Incredibowl offers a couple of extra benefits compared to similar vendors like Peng Shun, Hang, and Lao Ma. Unlike the other 3, the servers here are fluent in English so I label Incredibowl as the ABC friendly spicy bowl vendor. This gives the opportunity for shy non-Chinese speaking customers to try out the food. Also as of this review, they still have the 20% off grand opening discount to soften the blow from the $ 8.00/lb(meat) and $ 7.50(vegetables) prices. As for flavor, Incredibowl lacks in comparison to Lao Ma’s. There is more spice than actual flavor and unlike the other places that are heavy in Sichuan elements like peppercorn, peppers, garlic, the sauce here taste more like bean paste. If you sit next to someone with a silver bowl from the competitors, you will even notice the smell is different. At least the spicy levels here are actually accurate. In addition to beef, I recommend wood ear, mushrooms, spongy tofu. Basically stuff that is light and benefits from soaking up the sauce. Don’t get anything that has a lot of water weight or shells since that will factor into the weight. Also instant ramen is considered a vegetable and I wouldn’t pay $ 8.50/lb for ramen. For the discount and the ease of ordering, Incredibowl gets a nod from me. But once prices goes back to normal, I prefer the more authentic ma la xiang guos from the other 3 locations. If language is a problem, ordering is game of pointing and confirming after all.

Definitely worth checking out! I came here for their grand opening and was pretty impressed. This place offers dry hot pot with a variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. You pick what you want along with the level of spiciness that you want. When you’re ready, they’ll weigh everything for you. It’s $ 8/lb for meats and $ 7/lb for veggies. My dish consisted of fatty beef, pork belly, cabbage, fish tofu, pig ear, and mushrooms. Overall«incredibowl» experience! :) This place is located inside a new food court in Flushing called NY Food Court. Once you walk in, go straight and it should be on your right side.

I have to say that my expectations were low even when I was ordering. I never had this format of hotpot where they cook everything for you before. I chose some fatty beef, cabbage, fish tofu, sausages, tofu, ramen and tofu skin. They weigh everything. 8 dollars a lb for meats, and 7 dollars a lb for veggies. Came out to about 20 dollars. We paid and waited for our order to come out. When it came out, it looked stir fried. I thought it would’ve been soggy but it was not the case. Everything was flavored together and I enjoyed every bite. They require you to drop a 5 dollar deposit for the bowl, so make sure you return the bowl.
