Gametech CTS

Went to gametech yesterday for the first time to pick up a PS4 game. The place is small but there customer service is outstanding. The young man in the front was very helpful and polite. There prices are very competitive. They sell all of the classic game consoles including sega saturn set nintendo 64 dreamcast and they had loads of games for them. This will be my go to game store. keep up the great work guys.

GameTech is my definite go to spot for any of my electronic repair needs. Have been loyal customer for several years and never am disappointed, highly recommend. they are fair, quick reliable and all at an unbelievable price. I have sent family and friends there because they can fix and repair most anything.

Unbelievable place I took my cracked iPhone 6 4.7 phone for the screen to get replaced the two guys there were very nice and professional they did the job like Apple would do!!!

The shop has vintage games Atari Nintendo GENESIS… Such a cool eclectic pieces of gaming and more… I like browsing the shelves for random one of a kind movies etc… staff here are professional and friendly good place to go for your electronic /​gaming repairs/​needs and vintage wants!

These guys are legit! Pretty much they fix any tech that you have that needs to be fixed! with reasonable prices! I brought my Xbox and PS3 and got it all done, before the week has ended. Even if you don’t have things that needs to be fixed its a great place to just shop around for whatever you need. Games, systems, phones, etc.

I brought my lenovo yoga ultrabook in for repairs due to the backlight on the lcd screen going out. They are keenly knowledgeable about the inner workings of laptops and was able to diagnose and remove/​replace the faulty switching module within. Turn around time was expedient and I received my ultrabook back the next day. The quality of work is top notch and I was not able to discern that my ultrabook had ever been opened for repairs. Pricing for the repairs were much lower than I had expected and was very pleased.
Note that Gametech CTS offers a wide variety of services on top of laptop repairs. They also repair game consoles, smart phones, and other electronics. Thomas and his technicians are very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and I have full confidence they would be able to undertake any electronic challenges brought their way.
The one last caveat I have before I end this review is that not only are Thomas’s skills as a technician outstanding but his skills as a muay thai fighter aren’t shabby either, so just make sure you pay your bill in full on the way out. =o)

I give this place 5 stars because they know there shit. U walk in with a problem and they go over how to fix it. And they are good people to. U can get caught up in a convo with the employees really easy about games. They are not pushy to buy anything. And they let u play with anything u want.

I’m so happy with this place. They fixed my ps3 system the same day and it didn’t cost too much. They were professional, honest and fast.

Repaired 360 and boosted fan speed no extra charge. Its been 4 months of some hard playing with no problems.

I brought my wife’s iphone with a cracked screen and lap top for repair. Tom and his crew took care of business and the repairs were completed quickly without putting a big dent in my wallet.
These guys specialize in repairs of gaming consoles, motherboards and guarantee/​warranty the repairs for 90 days, now that’s pretty cool. These guys can precisely reflow the solder on your circuit board to work perfectly.
Same day service is possible but that would have to be determined by the nature of the repairs.

I had a non working PS3 for a year and was trying to recycle it at GameStop. The employee at the counter said try and repair it at Game tech. I went there, dropped it off and it was ready within a few hours! Reasonably priced. They also have used items for sale if you are interested.

This place is fantastic. They’ve saved me twice now, and I would absolutely use them again for my next technology issue.
I have a four-​year-​old HP laptop. A couple years ago they replaced the motherboard when it crashed, and I thought the price was very reasonable (especially since they got it done in two days!). Just this week I kept getting a persistent Windows error message, which concerned me because I was afraid it would eventually lock me out. They fixed it in less than two hours! They even looked at another issue I had and answered my question for that too.
These guys are very patient, honest and great with customer service. Definitely go to Gametech before you go anywhere else.
Note: I even love going there because of the classic video games in their display case. They make me want an old NES or Sega!

First of all I want to thank my fellow Unilocalers for recommending this place. A couple of days ago my son accidentally dropped my iPad and completely smashed the screen and damaged the side of the frame. I took a chance and brought it in to the Apple store hoping to have it fixed for a reasonable price. It turned out that I’d have to pay $ 299 for a replacement. That was a bit more than I was willing to pay so I searched Unilocal and based on the reviews and distance I chose Gametech CTS.
Overall I had a great experience. I called in to get a quote for the repair and an estimated time to have it fixed. I was told if I brought it in by 2pm I could have it by evening. I ended up bringing it in around 5pm and to my surprise I got a call at 7:30pm telling me it’s ready.
I picked it up and the screen was fixed and working as good as new. The frame still had some damage but I can see they attempted to smooth it out for me the best they could. I could have had the frame replaced but decided against it since it would have cost more and from what I was told it’s quite labor intensive.
I couldn’t have been happier using Gametech CTS. They were honest, inexpensive, prompt — a good experience from start to finish.

Love this place I have iPhone 4s and needed to get the screen replaced. My screen was cracked as well as bleeding. They fixed it with 1.5 hrs. I’m so happy to have my phone back. I have insurance and Verizon wanted 200 hundred to replace but wasn’t worth it since I’m upgrading August! So I happily paid 50 dollars and my phone screen is perfect!!!

They charge more here to repair an iPhone 5 than the people who come to your office in Manhattan do. That is disgusting!

Went here to get the lock button on my iPhone fixed. Great service and friendly staff. Only took a few hours and it was reasonably priced! Highly recommended :)

These guys are great. They are family business and specialize in fixing consoles and computers although I am sure Tom and his crew can probably fix any small electronic problem.
They also take preorders for games and sell vintage and used games with is great for the video game fan. Its a fanboys dream in that store!
They have built a xbox for me, fixed my xbox 360, done some work on my macbook pro and I have bought several games from them. I have also referred a number of people over there and all have been satisified.
If your in the market for games why give your money to a big corporation like GameStop? Also if you need trusted technicians whom are knowledgeable and deliver quality repairs and able to back it up, you should check these guys out.

These guys are great, they’ve have fixed my xbox 360 numerous occasions over the time that i’ve known them and other things such as my stuck power button on my iphone. All the staff is super friendly and attentive, I would certainly recommend them to a friend In fact I already have.
