This place is always busy so I recommend you make an appointment beforehand. I think it gets busy for a good reason.
First, when you walk in you will notice the location is very clean.
Second, the staff is very courteous and personable. They also are bilingual in mandarin and English.
And most importantly, the doctor Edwin! I think he’s the best! He has a great attitude, is easy to talk to and isn’t intimidating like the other doctors out there. He treated me twice, gave me advice on what to do and how to avoid a future injury. Thanks to him I am completely healed and will definitely come back if I ever need to see an ENT again.
