Bright 47 Dry Cleaner & Laund Ramat

I went to this place to dry clean a few shirts; when I pick them up, at least one of them has yellow stain. I ask the lady what happen to the shirt and she said the stain must be there before and she did not see it when she dry clean my shirt. She insisted on charging me for the whole thing and did not even say one «sorry» during the whole conversation. And I think it is really unfair. So please go to other dry clean laundry room when you have an opportunity. Do not come to this place. Please!!! And they do not know how to fold shirts! So ironic!!! They said they will fold it when I first went to drop the shirts but when I went back to pick it up, the lady said she totally forget because they do not used to do this!
