Went to look for a car stereo with navigation and when I asked if they had any and how much to install they looked pissed to even help me… he then shows me one that he has in a box that’s under a giant mess of boxes and parts… What he called his show room looked like a garbage dump and you can’t even walk with out tripping over boxes and parts. He then tells me the unit is $ 1500 for a top of the line kenwood and that’s the only one he had… Just went PC Richards and they have same model for $ 849.99
Went on line and also found on several sights for $ 849.99…
This place is a rip off and what sounded like the owner that helped me was so rude… Only go here if you want to get ripped off and deal with rude people.

Ugh. The guy who runs this place is totally creepy. I had to stand there and wait while he verbally abused someone who was helping him with his computer. He wasn’t interested in doing the small job that I needed done, and he made it pretty obvious. I left and will never be back, unless I divorce my husband and wind up with a muscled up guido obsessed with souping up his car with a load of stupid and expensive accessories. Unlikely. One star only because I can’t give zero.

Very bad customer service very bad. Called to ask a question the person who picked up did not know anything about what they sell. Go to Illusions or Speed world both located on 77^th street and queens blvd. Trust me dont go to Best sound & security
