I drop by here frequently and love this place. I come here to purchase the Kevyn Aucoin products. Even though it is not the best selection, it’s much better compared to other retail stores. The shop owner is always really nice when I come in and remembers me at this point.

Best service in Asian store. The merchant called Lily is super nice to help me pick skin care for my sensitive skin and answer every single question carefully. She gave me some samples ! Awsome! I love the mask from Korea ! Gonna get more next time!

They have lots of rare items such as quality candles and diffuser which i can’t find around in flushing. Also the sales recommendation really helped me to find right skincare products based on my skin type. I bought Caudalie and was a good choice!

Went there on Friday. There was only one sales lady in the store. The store carries a lot of hot beauty/skincare lines. And I was happy to see a comprehensive line of the History of Whoo line. I did my search before coming to the store, and impressed on how many gift sets they had. The lady was nice and providing informative information. The only downside was that she was serving couple of groups of customers. So she was all over the place. I had to wait for a little bit to ask questions and make sure I picked up the right set. Maybe because it was my first visit and she wanted to keep me as a returning customer, she was very generous when she gave me free samples. She even gave me 2FULL size products to try out. So might not be the most friendly place to shop, but I am happy and will go back for some Asian beauty products.

The first time I entered the store was a bad experience. There was only one sales lady there, She didn’t say anything when we entered. She just followed me and my sister around and it was really awkward. She also didn’t offer help. The Second time I visited I was a bit hesitant due to my last experience but this time there were two sales ladies and they were extremely nice! They greeted us when we entered and they offered help and information. I wanted to buy the black Dolly wink liquid liner but they ran out so they were kind enough to suggest some other Japanese liquid eyeliners to me. They were pricey though the eyeliners were $ 22 – 30. This store had a few Asian cosmetics such as, Skinfood, Dr. Jart, Dolly Wink, The Face Shop and others. It’s a very small shop so they have a small selection. They also had Too Faced, and Paul & Joe. Most of the products were expensive. This time the employees were very helpful and nice! I was looking for the liquid black Dolly wink eyeliner(the price was $ 25), but they ran out so they offered me similar products of Japanese brand. They offer makeovers.

I love this store. They’re one of few authorized dealers for Paul & Joe cosmetics. I live in NJ, and so glad I don’t have to go to Bergdorf in NYC to get Paul & Joe. I also got my 1st starter kit of History of Whoo from them. They carry complete selection of History of Whoo and products are fresh with latest combo editions. Prices for Paul & Joe & Whoo are the same as other stores I’ve checked. The sales lady was very patient and showed me massage techniques when I bought the massage cream. She also gave me free gift sets and lots of samples. I’ve made 3 purchases so far. It’s now my go-to store for Paul & Joe and History of Whoo.

As I was walking in Queens Crossing Mall, I noticed that this store sold Crabtree and Evelyn products. Crabtree and Evelyn is my new obsession, so I decided to check out which products they have. They also carry various other brands of makeup, lotion, and hair products. I love how they have samples of Crabtree and Evelyn lotion so you can smell and try their lotions. But she doesn’t carry all the lotions that she has samples for. I wanted the Lily but she didn’t carry that, I also wanted the Evelyn Rose, but she didn’t have that in the smaller size. So she has a limited selection of their products. The store is small and the lady who worked there kept following my friend and I around the store. I think she was trying to be helpful, so that just in case you needed help, she can help you. But it so annoying when she is following you everywhere you go. I did get some free samples with my purchase, so that was nice. But the hand wash I brought was a dollar more expensive than it is in the Crabtree and Evelyn store. So i guess some of their prices are higher and some are the same as Crabtree and Evelyn.

The décor is really nice. Yet, the prices for most of their masks and perfume are abnormally high. My Beauty Diary masks sells for $ 16 here when I can get it for $ 11 somewhere else. The variety is also limited because this is a pretty small store.
