Great price and good quality food. Kinda gives me the impression of the asian mcdonald’s. Because thats how fast they are. The food is great. But if u have any intentions of staying there not really a good idea. This place is more like a takeout place. But still great.

I needed to grab a quick bite before meeting up with my study group. I always passed by this place and finally had a chance to go (plus, I had cash on me). I ordered their lunch special of 2 pieces of chicken and fried rice for only $ 5 (actually, it may be less than $ 5… I can’t quite recall). They’re quite popular and you know it’s good when tons of people buy from here. As I mentioned, CASH ONLY. They have some seating available too.

This place is perfect. Lo min & 2 chicken legs cost only $ 3. The drinks and food are so delicious and cheap. The cashiers are very nice. They put so many posts around to let customers know all the information inside and outside.

Cute name, busy cheap dim sum-​ish grub for takeout, $ 2 for pan seared mini pork buns, $ 1.75 for 3 chives shrimp dumpling, $ 2 for pork egg porridge, etc. Not bad for the price but make sure you finish everything the same day… Everything spoils very quickly.

If you want noodles they give a lot for the small price they charge
The only issue I have with this place is The seating in the area isn’t always clean and its small too but I still highly recommend it

This is the Jeremy Lin of express dim sum and quick quick eats in Flushing. Meaning? It’s overrated, not very good, but we’ll tolerate it and occasionally give it a look even though we know its not up to standards. Get in there, get a couple quick bites — in abundance — and get the heck out. Like Jeremy Lin, no one wants to really give it props, but only Asians will because… quite frankly, that’s all they have.

If you have $ 2 bucks in your pocket and need a very quick bite this is it.
One of the quickest grease fixes ever. lol Get the pan-​fried buns (4 for $ 2) or pork dumplings. They also have noodles and turnip cakes.
The line is practically non-​existant. You get here, fight for someone who’s behind the counter attention, order then run. Not gonna lie, it’s hard not being rude to rude people who are trying to order while you are trying to order. I only stop by when I’m starving and about to get on the 7 train.
There’s some sitting available, as well as a window that sells the drinks, like bubble tea and soda.

I haven’t had a chance to try their other foods so this review is only for the soy milk. Conclusion: don’t buy their soy milk. I think they might have kept it on the stove for too long but it had a burnt taste to it. I’ve tasted better from the soy milk and tofu seller in Chinatown. That’s the place to go if you want to taste what freshly made soy milk is like.

It can’t replace aa plaza (RIP) but its like yummy dim sum that’s next door. Cheap, fast, and authentic Chinese food. They also sell bakery breads. They sell dim sums unlike yummy dim sum they dont. Pricing is around the same. Their chicken drumstick is huge and its for a dollar. They don’t sell scallion pancake. Its a great place for a quick bite before heading to the train and or bus.

What a cute name and on the block of one of the entrances to the 7 line. My mom took me here on Saturday night where she got a 2 bucks of a small Lo Mein. Definitely cheap and affordable prices. There’s a section on the left side when you enter to eat while standing up. Small bakery at the left and variety noodles and etc to the right.

Dirt cheap staple Chinese food served quickly and in abundance. This, my friend, is the epitome of a Chinatown food joint.
Differs from the underpass joint that used to be by the LIRR (did it even have a name?) which served similar foods in that it has the following:
— eat-​in area
— self-​serve station
— beverages available for purchase (soda, water, Chinese iced tea)
— wider selection of food (including sandwiches and Chinese-​style cakes).
Oh, highly recommend the pan-​fried buns (shen jian bao). Perfectly greasy choice of indulgence.

Express is definitely correct. Not sure why they had to call it 7 express though. (yes, I know it’s next to the train station, but couldn’t come up with a more creative name?)
Anyway, I came here to get the egg tarts that were delicious. Flaky crust and yummy custard. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the actual food. But the giant drumstick you can get for $ 1 seems good. Judging from the food on display, it seems legit good, cheap food.
Good to grab food on the go. You can stand and eat, there’s a little bar counter thing, if you have no one where to eat.

Small takeout dim sum, dumplings, noodles place. Prices are cheap and it’s perfect if you’re on the go. It’s also right next to the 7 train station so you can go in and grab something quickly and then catch your train.
There’s no seating here, but if you walk in and turn left you’ll see a standing area where you can eat. Food is displayed and you order from the ladies manning the counter.

Grand opening! This spot is right between Happy Dim sum and Yee Mei Fong bakery. It’s pretty much a to-​go place like Happy Dim Sum but just a tiny bit more spacious. This time, I got 4 turnip cakes and a container of rice rolls. It definitely looks promising. They also sell:
— egg tarts
— coffee
— fried dumplings
— curry fishballs
— and more!
Great to know there’s a new addition to Flushing for take out dim sum. Delicious oily goodness!
