Save your money, buy a frozen dinner from the grocery store. Even the water tastes terrible. The food tastes like it’s processed to death and has been frozen, left out to thaw, refrozen and then heated mildly when you order it. Nothing is fresh. The«salsa» looks like it came from a can that has been sitting in the kitchen open for months. As if the food wasn’t terrible enough, The music was so loud I couldn’t hear what the person across from me was saying. The restaurant was empty so I’m guessing it was just the kids working there trying to have a little fun but made for a terrible dining experience. All in all, I wish I could give this less than one star. This place needs to be shut down. If someone gave me a gift card to this restaurant, I would give it away.

Stay away! Went on a Wednesday to support a local fundraising event. Had a 15 minute wait(normally not a big deal), but when we were seated over ¾th of tables were empty. Then told by manager to sign up and receive a free queso. Signed up and charged for that, when I brought it to the attention of mgr he took my card said he would fix which he did but charged my card twice. Now I have to fix this problem when the banks open. Overall the entire place is dirty(business related) and will be deceitful when explaining options. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

We been visiting this place for many years. The Food has gotten better. However we were a little disappointed because our Margaritas were watered down tasting however. The Atmosphere was good, with TVs to watch.

Went in with a party of 7. It took a little while to get seated and get chips. The waiter did a good job but looked like he had to many tables to really give anyone his best service. They seem under staffed and they really weren’t that busy either. Food was good same as other Tumbleweeds.

Similar to what nearly everyone else has said in other reviews, this restraunt and the others in the chain are garbage. I ordered the fajitas today. I’m positive the peppers and onion came from a can. It tasted and looked quite similar to rotting trash and vomit. Buyer beware. Absolutely awful and a complete embarrassment to food. One can see why the chain is struggling financially. Try using fresh vegetables or not cooking the food a week in advance. Robert

We went for lunch and service was way too slow. Food was average and price was too high considering.

10 years ago this was 5 stars easy. It was a struggle to give it 2. Somehow the food quality has gone down and prices went up. So so service. They can bring the food out in record time but if it doesnt taste good what’s the point. It tastes like much of the food is pre packaged and reheated. The restaurant is still nice. Just a shame they allowed what was once a quality resturaunt let it become sub par.

Usually a good place but tonight customers were getting upset because the line is out the door and they wouldn’t even take your name for a wait list!

I hate to diss an entire chain, even if it’s local, but yuck. This place does generate a lot of traffic, and that’s scary. The«salsa» tastes ketchup based. The beef is overcooked. It doesn’t taste like any Mexican food I’ve ever eaten(or Tex-Mex). It’s one step up from McDonald’s. Actually it’s McDonald’s with table service.
