As much as I love Steak Escape, this place sucks! From the manager on duty yodat– to the worker making the sandwiches looking out on Lakeland Drive, not watching what he was doing. Complete chaos within the ranks. Cashier/​order taker was an idiot, manager working beside her had no idea what her role is, fry guy gives you fries 10 minutes before sandwich is ready, then the day dream believer making the sandwich– gloves please and clean that damn knife!
Love it, but hate it!
