Due to an unfortunate(non food-related) incident at this location, I was initially left quite unsatisfied. However, management made sure to reach out to me to make things right. The manager was completely professional, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure anything that happened in the past was made up for. If you ever experience a problem, please let someone in charge know. They’re willing to work with you and make sure you’re happy, which will definitely make you want to return. I know I will. Unfortunately, people can be people, and they completely understand this and work to correct any issues. Any time an employee of a business goes out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer is a rarity, so I take that as a sign that this place is worth my time and money. Thank you again. Also, fantastic tea!

The tea is yummy here and so is the strawberry lemonade! Clean atmosphere with outdoor seating over looking mirror lake. The employees were prompt to greet & take orders although my sandwich did take longer than expected it’s nice to know it’s being made fresh for me. The veggie soup is pretty good here all in all I enjoyed it & felt the food was moderately priced and fitting for what you get. I will come again!

McAlister’s is a standard-fare sandwich chain with a larger-than-normal choice of sandwiches and unnaturally large baked potatoes. There aren’t many choices here for the vegetarian, but it’s a nice touch that you can have any sandwich turned into a wrap for $ 0.60, which I’m guessing is an option that reduces your overall bread consumption. The quality of the food is average and is appropriately priced, but everything is served on black almost-but-not-quite Styrofoam plates that don’t stand up to the mighty cutting action of the provided plastic utensils and give the whole eating experience a sort of ‘cheap’ feel. Another thing that detracted from my overall experience(but is limited to this location) is that the night that I was there, the employees locked the front door over an hour before closing time, and steadfastly ignored all the people who came to the front door seeking sandwich goodness. We weren’t exactly rushed out at the end of our meal, but it was obvious the workers were really ready for us to go as soon as possible. Not a big deal, really, but still kind of… strange.
