So on our last trip to Mississippi, I dropped my iPhone 5s while we were on the way as I was getting out of the car at a gas station. Shattered the screen. I cried. Seriously. I’m one of the weird people that can’t get more than two feet from my phone without going into a panic attack. The screen was shattered so badly that I could barely see anything. After the hubby got me calmed down, he had me call AT&T while he was driving to find out if I could get a new one once we got to Mississippi since we have 904 area codes. Turns out that I could, but the catch was, since we had a different area code, we’d have to go to a corporate store and thankfully, this is a corporate store. When we got to Mississippi, the store was already closed, but I still wouldn’t have went there first because my daughter had just given birth to my second grandchild, Annabelle Marie, while we were on the way to MS. Darnit, we didn’t quite made it on time… Annabelle was ready to make her appearance. So, we went straight to the hospital. The next morning, before we went to the hospital, we went to this AT&T store. We got there just as they opened and luckily didn’t have to wait since we had gotten there so early. Hubby and I were both due for upgrades, so we upgraded to the new iPhone 6 Pluses. We were in and out of there in 15 minutes. The girl helping us(why oh why don’t I get names) was really sweet and understood that we were in a big hurry because we had to get back to the hospital. I’m still amazed that she was able to get everything done in such a short amount of time and with a smile on her face. We both walked out of the store with our same Jacksonville, FL area codes and our new iPhones with all of our information successfully transferred from our old phones. Highly, highly recommend this AT&T store, which is why I felt the need to update my review and give them 5 stars rather than the 4 stars I had previously given. Simply couldn’t have asked for better service!
