Waited 25 minutes for table which isn’t a issue but when two tables with the same number of guests get seated before you??? When I asked the hostess politely about it she claims they all came before us… That’s funny because my husband opened the door for them and we watched them decide if they wanted to wait. Not to mention the hostess attitude. FIRE YOUR HOSTESS!!! She is not a very nice first impression!

Really slow service, waitress barely came back to the table, food wasn’t warm, and people that ordered after us got their food before. Pretty awful.

Food was good but service took forever. Restaurant was half empty but will still spent nearly 90 minutes there. Only 5 of which was to wait for a table. Did I mention the place was half empty?

I’ve been going to this Chilis for a few years and they have never disappointed me. Even when something isn’t quit the way it should be, they go out of their way to fix the situation and make sure everyone is happy. The staff is great and always goes the extra distance to ensure a great dining experience. I love how you can pay your check with the ziosks found on every table as well as reorder drinks and order dessert, Without ever seeing your server. The management is top notch starting at the top with Todd, the GM. He is one of the most hands on attentive GMs I’ve ever met. Truly an asset to the Chilis corporation. Don’t look at the average star rating, because they are 5 stars every day!

Hey, this is Chilis. If you don’t know what they have by now– look it up before you go. The key is how its managed and staffed, and quality of food.
This location is near my house, so after at least 10 visits now– I’m sold they have it together most all the time. Love the burgers, lighter side menu, to the fried pickles or onion rings– this location is consistent and usually has a good bartender that brings it together. I get to go a lot, but this is my local drinking hole to sit at the bar when I NEED A DRINK– and just like it here. Always neat, a bit loud, crowded, but they handle it well. A tip– when you get food to go– tip them! Don’t be cheap. Someone still has to take your order, put it in, box it up, get it out there to you– so they are SERVERS. TIP THEM. They deserve it and I see most people don’t think of it. Just an observation. Recommend this location based on my visits.

Ordered a bowl of soup to go on Friday night for my wife. They gave us a cup not a bowl, it had calentro on it and we asked for non. We think it was the wrong soup all together. Lastly, it had no tortilla strips or condiments. I even tipped at the bar for the order.

My family ate there often. We have noticed a decline in food quality lately but gave them one more chance. My salmon was burned to a crisp, but still served to me and my broccoli was extremely salty. I don’t eat red meat or chicken so I have limited choices and ended up eating fries for lunch. We really liked the service but feel that the food has to change.

Not so great take — out tonight:(Got 2 out of 3 orders wrong.. Completely wrong. Not worth going back to fix it

This place is just awful. I have been to many Chili’s restaurants over the years in many different states and this is by far the worst of the bunch. First off, the service was just horrible. Our waitress never stopped by to refill our drinks– or even to ask us how we were doing.
Also, the food was terrible. When you go to a chain restaurant like Chili’s, you expect some consistency, but that was not the case here. My wife’s nachos were dry and overcooked and my soup was watery and inedible. To top it off, the place was absolutely filthy. I will not be coming back.

The food I received was cold. I ordered the crispy chicken tacos with macaroni and cheese along with French fries as substitutes. The only thing that was hot was the mac and cheese. :(The food wasn’t cold as if it was uncooked, but it wasn’t hot like you’d expect it to be. It was barely warm. I’m not a picky person, but I sure did notice there was something off about the food. The fries … hmmm … they were stale and cold (ish) as if they’d been left sitting out for too long. Fries are only good when they’re hot; these were definitely not made to order.
The service itself was fine, but the food was not. I believe the manager was walking the floor greeting customers, and he did make a stop at our table so that was nice. I was with an old friend so I didn’t let the food experience bother me too too much.
This place seemed to be popular enough with most of the tables being filled. The bar had a good amount of people as well. Will I return? Eh. That’s a for sure «maybe.» The experience was more on the mediocre side, and I’m not sure if I’d come back to be honest.

We eat here frequently. The service is typically very good. We normally get the 2 for $ 20 with fajitas or the margarita grilled chicken and have never been disappointed. The manager, Todd, is almost always on the floor talking with the customers and will remember a face. He makes it worth going.

I was there for a bite with a friend. We ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and a turkey club with salad. Should have been having salad in 5 mins and the main meal in 10 – 15 mins. We had to wait a very long time and finally had to tell another server that we were watching so many other tables be served before us. I mean we didn’t even have salad, and there was no crowd. After being told that the salad had been sitting for a long time, the manager came out like he read my mind and apologized deeply. He offered a fresh salad, a bowl of soup and got our meals to us in a pretty short time. I would normally have given one star, but one bad service doesn’t make me pan a restaurant unless the staff is rude.
I have to commend, Todd, the manager. He was very professional and handled the missteps nicely. I expected him to throw someone under the bus… lack of staff, new employee, etc. He openly said he had no excuse for our poor service and continued to apologize. I respect him taking responsibility and keeping the errors within the staff rather than spreading it to the customers. some fine dining establishments could learn a thing from Todd. He also comped our meals and give us coupons and expressed a desire that we return. Chili’s whatever the back of the house problems you had today, take care of them but hold onto Todd. I’ll update once I’ve had a chance to visit again.

Godsons birthday service slow and they didn’t sing happy birthday. To many other places that will help you celebrate. Shame on you next birthday dinner I will go to or throw will not be at chillis.

I love chilis usually but this time we had to get up and leave because our server wouldn’t come back to take our order. She walked by our table several times but didn’t take our order. She was washing dishes behind the bar and talking with the other servers. So sad because I was looking forward to their chicken.

I feel like Chilli’s is starting to slack on service. Once upon a time, they would walk you to your table and put out menus for you. They would make suggestions based on their favorite meals. They would open the doors for incoming AND outgoing customers.
The only reason I gave two stars and NOT one is because the food was in line with the chain’s consistently good flavor. My daughter ordered fajitas for the first time, and really enjoyed them. I had a steak – also for the first time – and thoroughly enjoyed it.
When we walked in, the «hostess» was having with someone else right inside the front doors. She barely stopped her conversation to ask if we would like to sit in the lounge area. My response was «Not really, we prefer a quieter booth.» She looked over to the area, pointed to an empty booth, and said «there’s one» before turning back to her conversation and laughing with her cohort. What the HELL?
The table service was fine – they have multiple folks watching the tables so we aren’t waiting ages for drink refills or getting cold food.

Such an awesome experience tonight! It was just my wife and I so we were seated immediately. We had two of the best servers I’ve ever had at any restaurant, Emma and Dani. They were extremely attentive and quick to respond. The food was very good but the service was beyond excellent! It wasn’t just us either, every table they worked was attended to just like ours.
If you’re visiting this Chili’s I’d recommend you ask if Emma or Dani are working and request to be seated in their section, you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped to get a bite to eat after the Falcon game and had to wait until one of the 15 open tables was cleaned off. Service was good. Ordered a guacamole burger and it was cooked well, but there was so little guacamole you couldn’t even taste it. Not at all like the picture. As we left we were approached just outside the door by a homeless man asking for money. When we said no he started screaming obsenities at us. Not a great overall experience.

Average service. Average menu. Food was a little too salty.

We’ve always had fast, friendly service in this location. Even when they are really busy. It’s Chili’s so the food is about the same at every other Chili’s and the restaurant is clean and conveniently located.

Clean, modern & relatively new. Friendly staff who tend to customers with a smile. This place is surprisingly busy on the weekends. Convenient access to I985 freeway.
