Word on the street is that this place is a place where swingers meet! Lol! Maybe it is? Didn’t notice anything. Bar needs to keep their liquor selection stocked! I ordered a grey goose and tonic it was only 8:30pm. Bartender said they had no goose. I then asked for Belvedere and they had none of that either. What kind of bar doesn’t have stock that early. Owners and management need to get it together.

Wow! Lovely atmosphere all 6 times that I was there with my friends or family, great food, fair price, I never ate such a delicious food in entire area. The staff was so friendly. I recommend it for young and not young people. The best music bands of Dallas play in this fantastic Bar.

Had a good time dancing and drinking here. But for gods sake please get some real tequila that I can drink. All they have is Cuervo. That’s like drinking natty ice. Overall fun but get some new tequila. Please!

My food was excellent; yummy chicken with capers and tomatoes with sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes; Devine!!!

Came here on a Monday night. Restaurant was totally dead. Only one waitress. Waited over an hour and a half for our food and most of our party only ordered soup or an appetizer. Waitress never came back to check on us. Horrible service and wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I’d describe this place just like local bars located at Shops at Legacy. Crowds are no younger than 35’s here, especially for the ladies. The reason why we went to this place is because of the band that was playing that night. Prices are fair to more than average. Dance floor is intimate yet spacious enough for crazy dancers. Bathrooms are clean and service is good. Will only come pack if there’s a band I would like to see that usually don’t play around Dallas proper.

The patrons are 30 and up. The food was mediocre but the service was excellent.
Happy hour is everyday from 11 – 7.
Good portioned food and okay prices.

Great place to be on a Friday night in Flower Mound. Great 70’s band plays everything!

This place should be more well known! My husband and I went last weekend with 4 more couples for date night. Wow! The food was great. The best part was the band! They had a band called Professor D who were phenomenal! The played a huge range of pop songs from old to new… sometimes they were even better than the real artists. They were so good they had the whole place dancing all night. The only thing I would recommend to the owners or the manager is that their wait staff should come around more while people are listening to the music. They would bring in a lot more money with drinks. We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks because our waitress stopped coming around after the band started.
I would highly recommend this place for date night!

The food here is always surprisingly delicious! Yes, they should spend some more energy on dusting the place, but the food is always so great. This is very unexpected for a bar in a strip mall location. I recommend this place all the time and am surprised it’s not more crowded. I will be back!

Jave come in for bands but Came in on Sunday evening and all food was fresh and good, wait staff was excellent will be back.

Went here several months ago for a work night out. I had a great time with fellow coworkers. I thought the food was average at best. The entertainment was the best part. I felt a little young but maybe it was the night we went since it had 80s music. I didn’t have any drinks as I was the DD but I heard they were okay.

Had a nice experience here during the week. I had a steak and my wife had a salmon dish. The service was good.

Decent place to watch the game — food is decent– but it feels a bit like the menu tries too hard.
For instance– dessert … Impossible to get just a nice slice of cheesecake. Has to be caramel cheesecake with turtle chocolate throughout, special creams everywhere– too rich to enjoy.
It’s a great place — stop trying to be something crazy. Be a sports bar with great food — but real sports bar food — not a gourmet explosion that only sometimes works.

Before I start– Let me say that the wife and I had a GREAT time at the Z bar last night.
We have been here before on a random week night and there weren’t a lot of people there. So we decided on Saturday night at 10:00pm to go and see what it was like. I know they have live music and Unilocalers were saying that the band was good, so we decided to check it out.
When we got there, there were some people. Not a lot, but enough to make it fun. We sat in a booth in the bar area and after about 5 minutes, no one came to help us. So we decided if we sat at the bar, that the bar would be our best bet.
It was really nice inside. They have a lot of room. The décor was typical. There were TVs all over the place with college football on. They were playing fun music and it was pretty loud in there, which was great. Suddenly we noticed that the band had started playing. They sounded so good that we almost didn’t notice because it sounded really professional. We kept saying how awesome they were all night long because song after song, they kept covering all these great hits. Old stuff… new stuff… It was all great! Some of the songs were really hard too! For the singers and the guitar player! I cannot say enough how awesome the band was! They were definitely the highlight of the night.

Anyway– The bartender noticed we were new and came over to help us out. She was really nice and got us some drinks. After a while, she checked on us and got us another drink.
Unfortunately, the kitchen closed at 10:00pm. Which is puzzling and definitely why I took the first star away. Do you know how much money you could make with a limited late night munchie menu in a bar?! They had a great appetizer menu– just extend the hours on Friday and Saturday! Eventually, we decided to leave because we couldn’t drink anymore without having something to munch on.
Then the next star came off. Our bartender just stopped coming around. We were noticing that there were 3 staff people all huddled up by the cash register hanging out. They looked like they were all good friends and they were hanging out with some other girl who was not on staff. I mean she was by the bar cash register and looked like she owned the place, but I think she was just drunk and friends with the staff people. That explains why no one came to us when we were in the booth earlier. We were laughing because suddenly we felt like we were in an episode of «Bar Rescue». People around us needed drinks. One couple was trying to leave. We were trying to decide if we wanted another drink or were going to go… but it didn’t matter because no one could get the attention of the staff. Obviously the owner was not around.
I finally walked over there, interrupted the party and asked for our check. I didn’t mind too much– we were having fun. But…
We DID have a great time. Mostly because of the gin and tonics and the amazing band (I think they were called «Studio 54» — Awesome!). But I think if this place could fix their staff/​service and offer appetizers until late on Friday and Saturday, I bet it would be packed! I know I would be back.
Anyone know how to call Bar Rescue? Lets get these guys on TV!

I had the Super Nachos and the Garlic Lemon Pepper wings. They were both great but the wings could use a little more garlic.
They have great drinks and also live bands on weekends.

Been here once before and was underwhelmed. Went again to watch a football game and was disappointed once again. I went because of the happy hour specials they had advertised during football season. When I arrived and asked the bartender about the drink specials
She let me know they were not doing them because business was too slow. I let her know I wouldn’t be staying if that was the case. She talked to her manager and he said he would honer the prices that was on their web site. When I received my bill nothing was discounted. They also told us they would be closing early, which meant we could not finish watching the Sunday night football game there. This place is very poorly ran and it makes sense why it is empty.
In regards to the bartender, she was very nice and made a good drink. The chips were stale, very stale. The queso was warm, not hot. The fried zucchini was ok, but it came with 2 tablespoons of marinara.
Go elsewhere in flowermound!

Horrible Horrible Horrible Service! We were yelled at «To get out of the way, you can not stand there» by some jerky guy who worked there with a pony tail. That was in 2 minutes of walking the door. We were there for a bachelorette and ordered shots and left. The place was very aged, if you know what I mean and just rude, rude staff. I will never come back here.
