The pharmacist on duty on Nov 72015. Is very argumentative with his customers and does not allow them to finish their questions or explinations. Very rude, had to pull the store manager in to get this resolved. What should have taken 15 min took over an hour. Arangements for a vaccine had been made the day before. This life treating vaccine MUST be administered on the 3rd day the be followed up on the 7 an 14th day. Would I recommend this store location … Only if it was the only location in 100 miles. Understaffed and rude.

THISPLACEISHORRIBLE. I am a local an have used this pharmacy for years. Yesterday I went in to get anti-nausea and pain medication for my husband who was(waiting in the car) just released from surgery. What I did not know was that the medication prescribed was not a prescription that can be filled in Texas. I asked what to do next, and the pharmacist said, «GODRIVEBACKTOOKLAHOMA.» What a JERK. I nearly pulled him over the counter. This is NOT how you treat your(ex) loyal customers. You HELP them. I have since switched pharmacies and will NEVER shop here again.

WARNING if you have high blood pressure you can save your life by going somewhere else! You will get soo mad every month you could die by the spikes in PB alone! Best thing is 24 hr pharmacy Cons… 1. Must plan your vacations and life events((funerals weddings and the like) around the date you pick up your meds because they will not dispense more than a couple of days early without calling your dr!(FYI everyday life happens outside of business hours!) 2. You can call in and request refills and pick up times by automated calls which is great– but don’t count on them being ready even if you come hours later that requested! Always call in advance and wait on hold 15 minutes on the phone to verify or your could be wasting more time and gas money by driving down there only to find they are not ready! Happens frequently! 3. So if you take required meds you normally get monthly and they can’t read the prescription /can’t get ahold of Dr because it is the weekend plan on being without for the weekend(got 1 but not the other) go back for the other on Tues for pick up — following month I could not get both filled together because«it’s not been 30 days yet». So forever more I must go 2x a month to pick up meds from the same dr!!! Or choose a legit pharmacy further away from home that is not 24 hours. Believe me I’m looking! Even the nurse at the podiatrist I went to last week says she hears complaints about that store all of the time! (I must have injured my foot while removing it from the pharmacist after I was done ranting! It did not a bit of good«store policy» blah blah! 3. Dropped prescription off at window the pharmacist herself(different one) says it will be ready in an hour. Go back next day and hear that it was not refilled because it had not yet been 30 days! Does she call me to tell me NO, does she advise me in person face to face while she is looking it up in her system during the drop off NO!!! Not at all, she lets me drive down thinking it would be ready to pick up when it wasn’t! Then they say oh I can fill that for you now if you would like to come back in an hour!!! OMG you’ve got to be kidding me!

Love the location but at times the staff is underwhelming. It is hard for me to imagine someone as disengaged from customers as this place. They are not unfriendly– they just seem to not care you are doing business with them. The store is usually clean and well stocked. They are usually good about getting extra cashiers when needed.
