I used to see Dr. Bartlett, but when I moved it was too far & my insurance changed. I recently moved back & resumed seeing him & it’s like I never even left! All of the staff is very nice & they are very patient when you’re trying on several different pairs of glasses. I love that they are very honest with you regarding which pair looks best on you. I definitely will say they are NOT selly or pushy at all! One touch I really like with their office is they provided donut holes & drinks while you wait (at least they did the Saturday I came in). They also have an incredible selection of nice brand name frames. I am a VERY happy customer.

Friendly staff, nicely decorated office, and super efficient in getting patients in and out with what they need. My visit there was the shortest wait time I’ve ever had at any medical appointment — ever. And that’s saying a lot since I walked in and the place looked slammed. I expected to be sitting there for a while. I guess they’re always a lot busier on Saturdays, but they get soooo many bonus points for just being open on the weekends. I also love that they offer a digital retina scan rather than having to deal with dilation drops. Yay for technology! I didn’t buy contacts or glasses at my visit (I prefer Costco’s prices) but this is an all-​around great optometrist’s office for getting exams and prescriptions.

Terrible follow up, no return calls, no response to emails this makes for terrible customer service. Once she got my money it was like who are you. The price tag was around $ 1500.00 for two pair. This worries me because when I have any more issues number one will they still be open and number two how do you resolve a issue without communication this is totally unacceptable. I am talking supposedly «the manager» which hides behind the receptionist for calls and to see her again. Bad business management. Plus I want to question some of the charges but I can’t get her to respond. Bartlett needs to look at his business customer service and remove the manager and in her place a experienced customer service oriented person. The front is in place and looks good but BUYERS BEWARE… Once she gets your money you are history.

BEWARE: extremely overpriced for contact lens fitting if you have astigmatism. I went in for a simple eye exam and contact fitting. Since I brought the boxes for my prior contacts with me, and my eyes are pretty much stable, they knew exactly what I needed, and the doctor only had to spend maybe 15 minutes with me. However when I went to check out, I was charged $ 90 for the fitting alone, and I was told that they were giving me a «deal» and that the normal price for my fitting would be $ 130. That’s WITH insurance. I was dumbfounded. I have worn contacts for over 25 years, and I have never been charged extra for a fitting because I have astigmatism. I ended up paying twice what I expected to pay when I walked in the door, which is very upsetting as I’m a nurse, single mom and on a tight budget. When I left, I called around and confirmed at several other optometrists that they do not charge extra for a toric lens fitting. I could’ve gone to a number of other places, and paid half what I paid at this place. The staff was nice, and the doctor was pleasant. So aside from the price, I have no other complaints. I just can’t afford to spend money that I shouldn’t be charged for an eye exam.

The staff here is very nice! They are very helpful and do not act like you are «bothering them» when you call!

My wife and I both wear glasses and we are so happy we found the team here. Great customer service, the team was very helpful when we were picking out our glasses and they took care of all the paperwork needed by our insurance company.

I am thankful eye appointments are not too often, but when I visit this office it’s painless. They called to remind me about an app coming up and they were extremely flexible to squeeze me in that weekend. First appointment, in and out… New insurance but no delays in anything. They are all very nice. Looking forward to trying my new glasses

Very convenient appointment times and I have never had to wait. The staff is very helpful. They make a trip to the eye doctor as enjoyable as a trip to the doctor can get.
