So I don’t know if I get treatment on how I look. If I’m done up with the makeup I receive good service. But when I walk in with no makeup and in jeans and t shirt I don’t get any help. I have to hunt someone down. And when I finally do get help they find what I’m looking for and walk off. I would have gotten her name but but she pretty much gave me the attitude of by Felicia. Before I could even ask any questions she was gone.

I really wish they had negative buttons to rate too. Worst customer service ever by bill. Asked him few questions about the product and he flared up. Never ever go to bill he is racist for sure… Hated him and the place… Wish people would know how to deal and be in a customer service profession.

Have you ever sprayed just a spritz of fragrance on your wrist at the store and quickly realized it was too much and too strong?
Crap. I did that here, yesterday. I turned to the nearest employee who was doing somebody’s makeup and I waited until they finished their conversation and asked if she had a wet wipe. She shook her head no. She obviously didn’t understand… I said I just spritzed some perfume and got too much and just needed something to wipe it off with… she looked at me like I was the biggest pain and I said, «Sorry to have bothered you.» I found cotton balls, tissue and makeup remover and did the best I could.
The person who rung up my $ 150 worth of purchases was cold too. I don’t feel good about dropping this kind of money in a place where I am treated so rudely. Think I won’t go back to this location.

The hair salon here is tremendous! I went in today and the salon manager (I think her name is Kim) gave me exactly what I needed. I dyed my hair pink months ago, and I went to another salon to have it bleached out. The other salon did a terrible job and sent me home with electric pink hair and a horrible dark brown «ombré» (you could see a distinct line from brown to pink and the ombré started an inch from my roots). After bleaching my hair 3 more times and doing multiple vitamin C treatments over 2 days, my hair was in major need of recovery. The salon manager gave me an amazing and quick strength treatment for $ 18 and pointed me towards amazing and affordable products. My hair feels incredibly stronger and softer; I no longer fear breakage! I feel confident that I’ll be able to maintain this because of the amazing products I got and the great advice Kim gave me (she answered my hundreds of questions). Ulta renewed my faith in salons!

I have always been sold on the Ulta name since my first bad experience with a product. I purchased a trial face wash kit and used it for a couple weeks and was not seeing the results I was expecting and took it back in and got all of my money back and a recommendation on different product line. Recently I went in for some cover and the sales associate, Dayla, found the perfect product but they were out of my color. She had been talking to me for a while and learned that I had an interview the next morning and gave me a sample from the tester kit to get me through the interview. This was a show of excellent customer service and I will continue to shop here.

I stopped in for a specific foundation and was so pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff. You never really know if you’re going to get snobby girls helping you in a place like this… Every associate I came into contact with was friendly and upbeat. I look forward to coming back! :)

Luckily, the brow bar is at the front of the store. I can’t even allow myself to shop here very often as it would completely drain the bank account. I could pick up something I «needed» on every isle. I have been reluctant to share my secret, but Maggie is the best eyebrow girl out there. She has helped me grow out my over waxed brows so now I don’t trust them to anyone else. She has also waxed my pre-​teen daughter’s eyebrows «just enough» to give them some shape.
