Worst Starbucks I have ever experienced. Made the mistake of ordering a Peppermint Mocha this evening and doing some work on my laptop for an hour or so. They closed at 10pm and turn off all the lights at 9:30pm, shut off the music, and turned the chairs up on the tables. At 9:55pm I started packing up my laptop, headphones, etc. and the barista came over to my table and told me I needed to pack up. About 15 seconds later she told me I wasn’t moving fast enough(I thought I was but apparently there was a race going on) and she wanted me out. When I left I said, «thank you» and I didn’t even get a smile or anything. Five bucks for a cup of coffee and a «get the heck out of here» 30 minutes before they even close. I worked in retail for ten years and I know it sucks. But you know what? I was paid to do a job and I did it. If you don’t want to stay and actually do your job until your store closes quit and let someone else do it for you. I have $ 20.00 left on a Starbucks gift card that will go unused — I am so done with this company. Hello Roots!

10 minutes to get a drink. Then the barista says to the gathering crowd«mobile pay advertisement here.» Flies everywhere. No wonder, the trash commonly overflows. Why would I ever stop here on a weekday morning?

Establishment was clean, there is lots of tables and chairs for people who want to have a study group or to just hang out, the batista was fast with the drink order. No complaints.

I worked for Starbucks for 8 years and now that I am ex-partner, of course I’m addicted to their coffee all the same. I frequent this location because I work nearby but service and quality have taken a nose dive in recent months. I typically stop by in the afternoon(read: not morning rush) and my drinks are made wrong probably 75% of the time. I’m not sure why since there are mostly just people hanging out and not a busy line in the café or drive through. Lately, the partners have been rude and completely incompetent. I was also rudely told to not say«Iced» when ordering my Grande Starbucks double shot. I know they come over ice — I made them myself for years. Well, I’ve made that mistake of just saying Starbucks Doubleshot and I literally got 2 shots of espresso a

Tip: order + pay ahead using the app and pick up your drink on-the-fly at the counter! I love this location, if not for the people alone. They’re patient, they’re as quick as they can be(probably not considering the drive thru at this location; or any location with one for that matter!). I’d say this location needs a deep clean/facelift inside, but I notice they’ve applied for their alcoholic beverage license(6÷5÷15) so maybe they’ll get a refurbish/remodel allowance along with that? It’s just a little worn down, but it’s obvious as to why! This location is always full of students/workers/meeting holders. There are more tables and hard surfaces here than any other comparable Starbucks I’ve seen. Only 4 «comfy» chairs, and no one seems to mind. The semi-covered patio is utilized even in the heat of day, as well. So, this location is prime for the work-minded. As I sit here, I count 7 laptops(not including my own) endless notebooks and books, and right behind me, a new company is being brainstormed with a blue pen by three people huddling over scribbles in a spiral notebook. Several tables back, there’s even a gamer who’s made his nest with a [first person shooter] sci-fi game and a venti cold brew. With as many familiar faces as there are new, it’s clear THIS location is a place to call home if you happen to live nearby. And all other aspects are not noteworthy; it’s still Starbucks. :)

Don’t use the order ahead app here!!! It doesn’t work… you will get your coffee quicker by standing in line or going through drive through… Too bad it’s been a great experience at every other location

It’s Starbucks! This one is the same, service is always good. The drive though is often packed in the mornings but it moves pretty quick.

This was my first experience at this new location, and I will say that I was very impressed. First of all, my typical order is rather complicated, even by Starbucks’ standards, but they got it correct without my even having to repeat myself. Despite the fairly long line, I didn’t have to wait hardly at all, even for my own order at the drive thru window. The employees were very pleasant, and I can’t think of anything bad to say about my first experience here., I’ll definitely be back when I’m on this side of town!

I love Starbucks and was SOOOOOOOOOOO excited to finally have a drive thru one close by. Unfortunately I’ve had bad experiences with this one so I’ll continue to go to the walk in one at Target(less than a block away from this location, lol) or I’ll drive to the drive thru one on lewisville’s main street(15 min away). Here are my issues with this particular Starbucks: the employees are airheads(bad training?) and the frappuccinos are ALWAYS watery! I may as well order an iced latte!
