Been out here for 30 minutes still have not been served!!! The people are rude and have been serving everyone but me and my baby brother! I’m so mad! Would not recommend this sonic location to anyone! Not the first time I’ve been here and there has been bad serves! Every time I come here it’s no good!

We have been here several times after picking up my kiddos from school for happy hour and a quick snack. It’s everything you come to expect from any good Sonic. The customer service was great the person taking our order repeated everything back to us each time to verify our order was understood and correct which is something they are supposed to do and something some locations I’ve been to don’t do when they are busy. The carhop brought our order out hot and quickly. She repeated our order back to us and also asked if there was anything else she could do for us which is great especially in the way they design their locations without a real lobby or way for the customer to go inside if there is a problem. They DO have a public restroom in the back of the store for those of us with small children who always ask to go potty. ;) The ONLY reason I give this location a perfect score is for two reasons. One is the fact that this particular location does not have a order screen that shows your order but as long as they read your order back to verify it is correct things are a bit better. I realize that having an ordering screen is a personal preference it could create a potential problem if the order taker fails to do their job and repeat orders back to the customers as some other locations have done to me in the past. The second and biggest problem I have with this location(and many around the Metroplex) is the fact the Carhops who bring your order out to you rely on tips to supplement whatever hourly wage they are paid. If you are like me a person who almost never has cash on hand then it is impossible to tip them which makes me feel bad. While I’m sure this issue is something that the Carhops deal with on a daily bases I don’t feel it’s right not to give customers the ability to tip whenever they want to. I wish the management would have a credit card system that allowed tip amounts to be written into a receipt. If they did change the system I would eat here more often than I do which would make higher profits for the owner and let folks get rewarded for providing a great customer experience. So yes, I will return here mainly because of the location and the great food products they serve. I just won’t eat here as often as I would otherwise if I could tip those who deserve it simply out of principal.

The service here is horrible. Staff has a huge attitude and when you call them out on it they argue back and tell and forth with you which just confirms they lacy any type of good service.

So I came at happy hour and it was PACKED(to me that’s a good sign) we ordered our slushies and chili cheese coney + totts and it came out so fast even though there were cars lined up waiting for a spot. This establishment knows what they are doing. This will be my new go to sonic.

Absolutely love this Sonic! Even during the most crowded times, they always get my order right even when I make it complicated sometimes. It is right next to my gym so I typically get a limeaid after a hard workout. Most of the staff is extremely friendly and comprised mostly of local high school students from Flower Mound High School who are looking for a little extra spending money. I also never have trouble looking for a parking space because this seems to be a pretty large location compared to other locations. Overall, a great place to get a snack if you are on a time crunch!

This sonic is nice, clean, and the staff are young, vibrant and happy kids who seem to enjoy their jobs. Its fast service with a smile for the most part. Lots of drive in parking spaces. Most of the car hops actually skate out to your car, which I think adds to the authenticity of the experience. My biggest beef with this location is that they are constantly messing up my simple drink orders. When I say I want 4x the amount of cherry syrup you’d put in a drink that size, I mean it! On my most recent visit, my Route 44 Ocean Water drink cup busted a leak and spilled ALLOVER the interior of my car. If you aren’t familiar with Ocean Water, its a bright aqua blue colored drink. It’s highly likely that my car is now permanently stained. That will be the last time I order Ocean water, and possibly my last visit to sonic. I just can’t afford the professional cleaning bill…
