Manager was rude and wouldn’t take my community appreciation program coupon, even though another employee at the store took it the day before. The manager informed me that the employee will have to pay out of her own pocket for taking that coupon. I am 99% sure that she lied to me, but if that is really true, then this is extremely unethical business practices. The manager also could have chose to take care of me this time and then inform me for next time that I won’t be able to use the coupons again, as the smoothie was already made. I could have walked out and made her throw it away. I’m so tired of terrible customer service. I won’t be returning to the Smoothie King. I will drive the extra miles to another location.

Love this new smoothie king! First one that i have ever been to that has a drive through! This makes it so easy to get in and out with my special needs kiddo! No more fits! Brovo smoothie king!

The smoothies are a little pricey. At other Smoothie Kings I have visited, the staff always greets me as I enter. At this location, I was not greeted through the entire transaction. They also ask your name when you order at most Smoothie Kings, but they did not ask me my name nor did they ask if I had any questions. I was a little disappointed about the service I received. When I arrived the store was not busy, in fact I was the only customer. My transaction was quickly completed and I left the store. Overall the store was clean. There was outside seating so you can relax and enjoy your smoothie.
