Absolutely atrocious customer service. We paid $ 150 for a 1 month trial and when we arrived for our first day it was not what we were led to believe it was. I asked for a refund and they became very hostile and insisted that they don’t do refunds.
They did NOTHING for us. They would lose NOTHING by refunding our money. Not refunding is like STEALING. These guys are CROOKS. Do not go here.

This is an edit: They’re a great school, and my son loved it. They’re great with kids.
The only issue I ran into is that their automated billing company (Affiliated Acceptance Company) stinks. It’s a third party, and they don’t have much control over it, but it is horrible to get cancelled with. The only thing I would change is that they find a new payment processor, because they sent cancellation paperwork in and their payment processor went on for two more months, and it took me blocking it with my credit card and the MMA school calling them repeatedly to get it done. (Then I got a notice from AAC that I owed them a reversal fee. HAHA! Fat chance.)

For being in Customer Service as long as I have after reading a friends complaint with u all. I personally would never recommend your company to anyone especially when you attack people and their jobs. Customer is always right and whether or not something is an a contract or agreement you still need to verbally say as well so that the customer is aware of it. just refund the customer and move on. your attacking is making u all look pathetic.

I’ve been training here for years took a short break and found myself back here again. Love these guys. they are like family. Great kids program. my son has trained here as well. started at 4 years old. You definitely have to come check it out.

Great place to get in shape and learn BJJ, MMA. Good instructors and a awesome group of people that train there. Everyone is extremely helpful. This is a gym for any level or goal from training just for physical fitness to training for a tournament or competition. Heavy bags, boxing ring, MMA cage weight as well as other apparatus. I recommend the free class offer, you will be hooked.
