Visited the farm during an open day. Our young girls, enjoyed the event.
We purchased a couple of cheeses, nice flavor and good variety in options. Plus the purchase helps support local biz.
Price wise. Mid to ‘kinda’ expensive.
Hope to return to open day in 2016.

I recommend catching these guys at the dallas, ft worth, or coppell farmers market. That is the best way to purchase their «utterly» fresh cheese. They take care of their goats, milk them, and make the cheese, and «cut the cheese» so they are 100% able to control the quality. They won’t sell «baaaad» cheese. You can also find their cheese at the central markets in this area.
