I tried resolving issues with an order after a week of no results. Better stick with Amazon, Right Stuff, or even Best Buy to get better support for any online shopping during the holiday season and better deals.
I am strictly complaining about Funimation’s Customer Service Department and Web Support. This is not a full reflection of the company or its products.

Yay for Funimation! Thanks for porting Animé. You were a big part of my childhood because of Dragon Ball Z on Toonami. Yu Yu Hakusho was part of my childhood as well. I also am somewhat addicted to Fairy Tale now. I like Spice and Wolf and Deadman Wonderland is probably one of my favorite animes.
